Reality of evidence proving guilt of misdemeanor assault sunk in.

On the positive side, if this bozo can get elected to US Congress; there may be life after prison for ex-convicts returning to society after all.

do the democrats recall its heroes like the former mayor of DC (Marion Snort Barry) who was reelected after there was undeniable proof of him smoking crack. or that they elected disgraced and impeached judge Alcee Hastings to Congress? Or AL Franken who had a gay prostitution ring being run out of his apartment, or Gerry Studs (hell of a name for him) and his "bend over the pages" scandal.

When you have a wide scale criminal problem, it's a systematic problem. That's not going to be solved by putting punishment pressure on individuals, that would only be treating the symptom.

In this case, we can look at the incentives for the behavior. In some ways, we invite them over here, but we don't give them a viable legal path to do it. Offering them jobs when they get here is a reward incentive. The punishment primarily incentivizes them to avoid being caught.

At the end of the day, what do you want to accomplish? Do you want to hurt the few people we manage to round up- or do you want to stop illegal immigration from happening in the first place? We've seen what deportation accomplishes: not enough.
 
Lol....how many special elections have the Democrats lost since Trumps inauguration ?

And some of these races were easy wins for the Democrats too.
I guess rage and conspiracy theories dont inspire confidence in the average American voter

Why? We elect people to represent us and we vote for that person who most closely aligns with our political philosophy. Surely you know that. Gianforte behaved badly, but why would that cause anyone to cast a vote for the other guy, particularly if doing so would help the political party that you feel works against your interest? Answer: you wouldn't. The fact that Hillary got 60+million votes proves that your side is every bit as bad. So you can drop the name calling
 
I woke up minutes ago to discover that my prediction was correct and the fascist brownshirt bully won in Montana. You can always count on the right wing to keep in line that way.

Of course he was going to win. It's Montana. Trump carried the state by a wider point margin than the Cavs had beating up on the Celtics.

No doubt. The only remaining question now is will the Republicans who control the House do anything to object to the seating of this brownshirted thug as one of their own?

yeah - I realize they will do nothing and welcome him with open arms since they only care that he will nod his head the same way they do and support the mentally deranged incumbent boob in the White House.

The Republicans push us closer and closer to American fascism with each passing week.

Trump has released the demons in the GOP and this is just one example. They now freely prowl the land and the party and threaten to destroy our nation and harm our people.
