That does not make them bad people, and I support any kind of volunteer. It does, however, probably make them unable monitor Special Forces soldiers if monitoring them means "physical exertion".

The governor's actions with out any kind of documented basis for concern support the conspiracy theories that US forces are working for the "New World Order" and that their activities in the US need "monitoring" lest the morph into UN Troopers and then..... the FEMA camps appear.

fyi texas national guard has special forces units.

Actually I live about 40 southwest of Austin in a rural area in the Hill Country. Most of the asses I see are from Beef Master cattle. Big asses, too. About 2000 lbs worth. :lol:

I'm about 35 miles northwest.....the neighbor has some longhorns, but only a few ..... I think they are for decoration more than anything.:lol:

You may not know this but the punisher skull is very popular within the military. I have seen it as ODA team logos, SEALs use it, regular Army units use it as well as I have seen plenty of SWAT teams use it.

As to how the miltary will dress. Any Special Forces guy that is trying to be low profile and is not a complete tool will not be dressed like that. Only clowns who don't know what they are doing think that they are blending in dressed like that. We make fun of those guys on a regular basis.

I was only aware that Texas maintains a State Guard (I think it is the only state to do so) because 25 years ago, I was in the Texas National Guard and has some interactions with the Texas State Guard (good people, but most are not going to go anywhere fast).
