I'm not disputing that Jesus Christ demonstrated obedience. Why do you think you're making a point with the obvious. What I showed (citing biblical examples) is that OT believers also demonstrated obedience. Examples we can imitate also. In fact the point of God including the OT records were to show what obedience looked like.

We know that Christians were, and will be hated. They faced, and will face persecution. Some, even death.
Spreading the Gospel could be dangerous for some Christians. Their lives could be at risk.
