When a judicial nominee refuses the bait to be pulled into a legal stance that will affect future cases it is a sign that she is a bit smarter than her questioner.
Even Amy Coney Barret knew that.

The ex girlfriend's attorney says he expects there will be indictments from the grand jury. She handed over lots of Hunter Biden's financial information under subpoena.

You realize that paying his taxes several years later while he is under investigation does nothing to eliminate his crime? Hunter is 5 years late and a million dollars short.

Every nominee has avoided making statements based on questions that are obviously baiting for a preview of how the nominee would rule. Marcia knows how to use the dog whistle as well as the rest of the GOP team. OBVIOUS.

Normally i would not care, but things don't add up and there are questions.

If this was a liberal judge and spouse i would have the same concerns.

The Justices 1 dissenting vote needs to be further explained. It's fishy

To be honest i was familiar with her work with the GOP. I was not aware she had Meadows in her phone contacts, and why?
