George Zimmerman's attorneys withdraw from Trayvon Martin case

YOu just keep reaching and reaching and reaching. Are you referring to the video that showed large gashes in the back of Zimmerman's head? Again you have failed to produce any evidence that disproves Zimmermans story beyond a reasonable doubt. Keep on failing.

Not my job to produce anything...just saying, you two seem like you have already closed the case with half the evidence...

You are making the claim that Zimmerman murdered against all evidence that has come out. If you are not going to back up your statements then you probably shouldnt say them.

have you? my opinion is based on the facts that have been released. Yours seems to be based on speculation and unknowns.

We do know that he refused hospital treatment. Don't you think that is strange considering his "near death" experience? Why haven't any police pics of his injuries been released?

Well, the article you posted was almost a month ago and I don't think anyone knows if that info was even completed yet...

This is what was reported a few days after the previous statements.

"Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee said that he stands by his department's initial investigation but that he is stepping aside to avoid being a distraction."

Police arent going to release the pics. Given the publicity alot of things have been locked down. The police video did come out showing gashes in the back of Zimmermans head. I do not think his going to hospital is strange. Him refusing to go to a hospital that night does not PROVE Zimmermans story is fabricated.

I don't make judgements based on partial evidence...I don't claim to have every bit of info the SP has...in a trial, they don't ask for a verdict with half the case still to try...

I havent closed anything. My stance, and excons i think, is that based on the evidence that we have Zimmerman is not guilty of a crime. You are saying, without all the evidence, that Zimmerman needs to be arrested and that he murdered Martin. Do you see the difference there?

Bull****. You have said that Zimmerman murdered Martin. That is a judgement you made while ignoring evidence.

Although I am fine with the SP finishing their investigation, I do think he should have been arrested because he admitted to killing Martin. His self defense story should be up to a jury to decide...

to discuss, not to make final judgements based on half the info...especially when half the info is coming from the guy who did the shooting...

Sad that you respect a guy who killed an unarmed 17yr old, minding his own business in his own neighborhood...

He did admit to killing Martin...you do know that right?

murder indicated you made a legal decision about the events that evening. murder is a specially illegal form of murder. you do know that, right?

thats why I used the term killed...I don't think I used the term murdered, but if I did, it was an accident...

/facepalm

When you say:

please tell us how that can be construed as anything other than you think he murdered martin.

"The evidence and testimony we have so far does not establish that Mr. Zimmerman did not act in self defense. We don't have anything to dispute his claim of self-defense, at this point, with the evidence and testimony that we have,"

I am really curious, what is it that you do not understand about the importance of such a statement?

I really don't find the need to justify my words to you, but if you go back through this entire thread, you will notice I NEVER used the word murdered...and that was for a reason...you can read anything you want into it, I know that's what you do best...

I understand everything about it...the two issues I have are that they clearly conducted a pathetic investigation so his word means nothing and secondly, the part in there that says "at this point" which means they weren't finished with the investigation...

He used the word killed. Zimmerman does not deny he killed Martin. Why is this an issue?

I challenge you to read:

Please to explain how this is anything but calling it "murder", in your eyes. He did exactly what he said he wouldn't do. I am sorry you can't see it.

That is not the way the law works. The only reason a person gets brought to trial is because there is evidence of a crime.
