Considering it was dark, wet, and slippery however they came into physical contact it is completely plausible he fell and Martin fell on top.

Speculation not supported by the evidence.
Nor does one fall on to the back of their skull several times causing scratches, bruising, abrasions and swelling from one side along the back to the other side.

What is interesting here is the guy who did the following in his car, then falsely accused someone of being a criminal, then exited his vehicle to chase the person on foot, is suddenly the victim..

Misstatement of what occurred.
He made no such accusation.
And it didn't happen suddenly, there was a sequence of events that culminated with Trayvon coming out of nowhere and attacking him.

I'm a gun owner who supports castle doctrine and stand-your-ground.

Political beliefs, ideological beliefs, or what ever it is that motivates you to ignore all the publicly available facts and render the baseless conclusion you have embraced.

Fortunately I'm not sitting on a jury and I don't have to base my analysis and assessment of a situation on only what the jury was allowed to consider.

If I had been sitting on the Zimmerman jury then, based on the evidence, I would have had to found him not guilty of what he was charged with.

That doesn't mean I have to believe that he was innocent.

Since to my knowledge, the only evidence that was withheld from the jury, was evidence that that would have been in Zimmerman's favor, and the jury was instructed to apply the evidence and testimony to Florida State law, I don't see how any other outcome could have been rendered.

He was a coward with gun muscles who went looking for a fight, bit off more than he could chew, and then took the coward's way out.

I hope he dies soon.

Went looking for a fight? Sorry, but the evidence and testimony doesn't support that assertion.

I do thank you however, for wishing death upon the man and clearly showing everyone what kind of person you really are.

I'd buy that. It would be logical given the oddity that is this posting and some of the other things he has done. PTSD is an odd beast. We are starting to get it, but not really.

That's not a good analogy. The security guard is doing his JOB. It is not a poster's job to stalk another poster.

If one poster has been following and posting negatively about another poster, s/he should know, the target could turn around and do the same thing to the first poster. The moral of the lesson: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

If this is happening to you, private message the person and explain that you haven't been stalking him/her, and ask for examples. Then take a look at what he sends you, and see if you've maybe overdone it. If not, and if the person who is attacking you won't stop, save the examples onto your p.c., and send them to a moderator and file a complaint.

I have someone who has been stalking me and making personal negative comments to me, as a matter of fact. Not in any way related to anything I've posted to him. I have been too busy with other things to take care of it, but I will.

I hope we all can recognize the difference between a personal attack and a disagreement on the issues. Statements like, "you're lying" and "you are not really who you say you are" and things like that are a clue: that's a personal attacker who aims to take down someone, probably because they can't argue on the facts of the issue. I try to notice things like that in posts. They're not common, but they do exist.

Glad you agree. Yeah, I read quite a bit about it; Trayvon wasn't packin a gun or a knife, just his skittles and a slurpee. He was pretty dangerous with that stuff: he could have chocked somebody with those skittles.
