Usually, all it takes in these situations is the female saying, "I'm leaving you."
I think you have this correct.

Probably, and I couldn't care less. We're losing more than one American to COVID-19 PER MINUTE.
So spare us, corporate media, the missing white woman syndrome.

The Ramsey's were determined through DNA evidence to be factually innocent of the death of their daughter, and O.J. was found not guilty by a jury.He lawyered up immediately and went on the lam. Ramsey family and O.J. behavior. If the boyfriend's trying not to look guilty - he's doing a pretty horrible job!
So what is your opinion. Did oj do it?The Ramsey's were determined through DNA evidence to be factually innocent of the death of their daughter, and O.J. was found not guilty by a jury.
So, what is your point? That this guy is innocent too?
"Boulder police chief Mark Beckner, disagreed with exonerating the Ramseys, characterizing the DNA as a small piece of evidence that was not proven to have any connection to the crime.[8]: 11 In February 2009, the Boulder police took the case back from the DA and reopened the investigation.[9]'"The Ramsey's were determined through DNA evidence to be factually innocent of the death of their daughter, and O.J. was found not guilty by a jury.

Burke did it."Boulder police chief Mark Beckner, disagreed with exonerating the Ramseys, characterizing the DNA as a small piece of evidence that was not proven to have any connection to the crime.[8]: 11 In February 2009, the Boulder police took the case back from the DA and reopened the investigation.[9]'"
The Boulder police chief disagrees with you as do I. Thanks and have a wonderful evening!
People are murdered in the US hourly. I don't understand the fascination with this case. Then again i have zero interest in real crime shows or the current obsession with seriel killers. It is sad for the young woman and her family.![]()

I think burke ramsey killed his sister.
Oh, the brother!I think burke ramsey killed her sister.
it doesn't matter what I think, or what you think. What matters is that the people who have the legal authority to file a criminal charge don't think they are guilty, or at least they don't have enough evidence to proof it. Meanwhile the Ramsey's are considered innocent."Boulder police chief Mark Beckner, disagreed with exonerating the Ramseys, characterizing the DNA as a small piece of evidence that was not proven to have any connection to the crime.[8]: 11 In February 2009, the Boulder police took the case back from the DA and reopened the investigation.[9]'"

Stopped reading here. This entire forum is about sharing with each other what we think. What I think in this case is based on:it doesn't matter what I think, or what you think. ///
It definitely was a murder. Only the ramsey's know which one of them did it.it doesn't matter what I think, or what you think. Ask me and I will tell you that it was a very sick thing going on in that house and it was the mother who was screwed up. To turn her own daughter into something akin to a sexualized object is beyond me. My theory is that the child probably died accidently, maybe being punished by the kooky mother, and then they lawyer-ed up, and the police did not go at them hard enough, and too much time passed to find the facts supporting a possible homicide.
Horsefeathers!Stopped reading here. This entire forum is about sharing with each other what we think. What I think in this case is based on:
1. My personal experience - understanding what guilty behavior looks like - and the Ramsey family's non-cooperation with the investigation stank to high heaven.
2. The Boulder police chief has much more inside information into this case than either you and I have - and therefore - yes - his opinion matters.
Thanks.
Ever read about or researched the Innocence Project? DNA has changed more than a few court verdicts of those jailed for decades in some cases. I think each situation is different but when the boyfriend comes home after a several month trip in the girlfriends care and will not discuss where the girl is? Something is very wrong.Lawyering up doesn't get you convicted. Talking to cops without a lawyer can. I've watched/listened to too many true crime stories to believe cops have my best interest in mind.
You sound like a criminal defense attorney. The Ramsey's look guilty as sin to me. They know who killed their little girl and they're covering for them. If I'm wrong -well there's only one way I can be judged. Sorry, man. You feel the way you do - I feel the way I do.Horsefeathers!
Anyone would be well advised to not talk to the police, especially when YOU are the main suspect. I guess you never heard of the 5th Amendment?
Doesn't matter if you or I think they are quilty or not, they have rights too. And besides, it isn't like prosecutors (elected officials) don't ever get thing wrong is it?
Hey, if he has the goods on Mr Ramsy, then he can reopen the case and see where it goes. Chances are good all he will end up doing is writing a book at some point and making some money off this dead little girl like everyone else has.
Lot's of people are predicting this but I just don't see it.Just having seen the barest details of this case and not having kept up with it, I imagine the boyfriend will be found in the coming weeks dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
You see this is what I find interesting. Murder or manslaughter? It definitely was a murder. Only the ramsey's know which one of them did it.
No. it was muder. Her skull was fractured by a hammer. I doubt there was an accident involving a hammer. You see this is what I find interesting. Murder or manslaughter?
I believe it was an accident. And I also believe the wife to have been a kook, which tried to cover up her accident. And being she already went down that road, it then became necessary to play the hand out all the way as being blameless, and some really lousy police work helped that happen.
The wife was a kook. But I don't think she set out to murder her child. But I also don't think she loved her child either, not in a healthy way, the child was merely an object the mother used to live vicariously through for her own twisted and deluded narcissism.
The father was weak, probably just not giving a damn since his second marriage and to an unhappy kook wife. But they had another child, and if an accident then they covered it up to protect themselves and their other child. I believe a normal person would fess up and come clean and be contrite about a terrible accident. But kooky people (same as these two young people in the recent homicide and missing person case) do kooky things.
Why not? You have something against Polish people?Would you prefer a pole?
That is so.To paraphrase Joe Stalin....
One death is a tragedy; 700,000 deaths are a statistic.
This chapter focuses on the acrimonious debate over the issue of counting the casualties of wars involving America. It cites Joseph Stalin's quote—“a single death is a tragedy, a million deaths are a statistic”—to highlight the military's tendency to give more importance to a “single” casualty if it was an American than to the million civilians who perished if they were non-American. It also examines the controversy surrounding the methods used in accounting for war mortality, whether it was the war in Korea or Iraq.
Probably very most likely the boyfriend. I'm comfortable calling him a homicide suspect now.
