It's amazing to me how many still believe he was shot because aggravated robbery.Karma caught up with Michael Brown, it seems to me.
Most will not even read these documents and will stick to the mantra that this was the execution of a black unarmed teenager by a white police officer and was later "sanctioned" by the mostly white grand jury.
Because the justice system often gets it wrong. Such as innocent people spending 20 plus years behind bars then exonerated.I couldn't tell if Mcullock was the prosecutor or Darren Wilson's lawyer and that's a shame
only nine of the 12 jurors needed to vote to indict Wilson for the indictment to go through. Well it just so happened to be nine whites and three blacks. Hmmm. Makes you wonder.Don't forget that 3 of those jurors were black.... Oh never mind, they were self-hating blacks, right? LOL.
Wilson is damn lucky he wasn't knocked out by the blow that caused this. A little further down on his chin, or a little bit harder of a punch, and he could have been. It isn't a foregone conclusion that Brown would have taken his gun and killed him if he had knocked Wilson out, and while Brown does seem to have a bit of a wanna-be thug history I've seen nothing that suggests he was capable of murder, but it still would have been a very bad position for Wilson to be in. Thank God this kid had a strong jaw and a set of balls.

These cops nowadays are ******s! In the 80s and 90s when gang violence was at its peak, you didn't see cops do this. They would get out the car and whoop your ass if you thought you were tough. Now, these call of duty video game playing ass sissies can't do that because they're simply just weak people. They have professional training to bring down guys bigger than them and they refuse to do so. That's why they get no respect.Read the transcripts of the officers and witnesses. I was a cop at one time in my life, and I'd of shot Brown. Brown was trying to be a bad ass, and it bit him in the ass. From the moment he assaulted Wilson in the car, deadly force was warranted. Most of the witness have indicated Brown was the aggressor throughout the situation. Wilson was obligated to chase and arrest Brown because Brown committed a serious felony, and he was a suspect of an aggravated robbery.

Simpleχity;1064021792 said:Prosecutors do not have a say in grand jury selection. This grand jury of 12 was composed of 7 males and 5 females. 9 were white and 3 were black. A minimum of 9 juror votes is required to reach agreement. It is not the duty of the grand jury to determine guilt or innocence. The grand jury solely determines (via testimony and material evidence) if enough convincing evidentiary material was presented to warrant an indictment for either a singular charge or multiple charges. If so, then the accused is bound over for trial.
