And less than 1% ever die from Covid. But how does the business owner asking for a passport NOT know if we (unvaccinated/ vaccinated) have Covid?
The business owner knows a customer is far less likely to be infected with Covid if he is vaccinated.
The business owner does not need perfect information to make this decision.
The reason is this is about protecting as many customers as possible over a long period of time, not preventing each and every potentially transmissible event from happening.
