Right now Biden is the leader of the Democrat party, which means like it or not, Bernie Sanders, AOC, Joe Manchin, no matter where each Democrat is on the democrat spectrum, Biden is he leader of the party, so they too will be "enabling" Biden as you put it, for their own needs, and for their own sub alliances. That is the reality of a two party system.

The way I see it, is despite the OBVIOUS character flaws of Donald Trump, the American people decide his flaws had to be not as bad as her flaws. The nation knew her character, and it was that bad. That character is what led him to focus solely on re-election in the last several months and practically ignore the pandemic...and it likely COST him re-election
