Follow the Science – Except When it comes to Natural Immunity
Without natural immunity, many past viral illnesses, hundreds or thousands of years ago, would have been extinction events, except for the fact that those who were infected and survived now had immunity to that particular virus and perhaps similar future viruses. Such immunity might be passed along to children as well via the placenta or through nursing.

Yet today, any discussion of natural immunity is dismissed as some QAnon conspiracy theory, earning one derision or censorship from the same people or organizations who urge us to “follow the science,” but only their science. Why are we only to follow state-approved science and ignore any science that doesn’t fit the government narrative?

BS premise. Natural immunity is very good. Scientists know about it, don't worry. It appears as good as vaccines for severe cases and deaths (and even better for mild / asymptomatic cases), and it may even last longer too.

Main problem with it is those who think getting COVID to acquire it is a great strategy - like Trump's favorite advisor on Covid.

Others problems with it is we don't know how long it lasts and it appears very UNeven, so some people get good protection and others don't.

Yep, those in power can’t let science validate (or even test for) the existence of natural immunity. Best to keep it super simple - one is either ‘fully vaccinated’ (obeyed orders?) or they pose a danger to others.

Seems to make the selling point of the vaccines moot. How can you sell a product that really doesn't protect you from the dangers of those not buying the product. Hush my mouth! That's disinformation, or so I've been told.

The catch is you have to get it and recover to be naturally immune. The immunity isn't as good as a vaccine, and probably doesn't last so long, so you're more likely to get it again.

The UK ZOE study has shown that if you had a previous COVID-19 infection before receiving two vaccines, you are likely to have much greater protection - up to 94% with Pfizer. The research also found that a previous infection alone only gave 64% protection, which supports the call for everyone to get vaccinated even if they’ve already had COVID. Science, eh?

That's nonsense. Science knows and tests for natural immunity. That's what is picked up in a positive test. Your natural immune response to the infection. The problem with that as I said, is that you have to catch the virus before you develop a "natural" immune response.

Can you post the official CDC number (or percentage) of US people who are known to be naturally immune?

Catch a potentially fatal disease so you can avoid catching that same disease.

How many reported cases have their been? Delete those who died and add a % the CDC estimates was unreported.
