Responding with deadly force when faced with a deadly threat is not murder.Police should not be threatening anyone with murder.

Threatening to kill over anything from a thrown rock to a deadly threat is a banana republic thug. He's not protecting his community, he's acting like they're an occupying force.Responding with deadly force when faced with a deadly threat is not murder.

A person is justified in using or threatening to use deadly force if he or she reasonably believes that using or threatening to use such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself or another or to prevent the imminent commission of a forcible felony. A person who uses or threatens to use deadly force in accordance with this subsection does not have a duty to retreat and has the right to stand his or her ground if the person using or threatening to use the deadly force is not engaged in a criminal activity and is in a place where he or she has a right to be.
Which is why I would have no problem if the public defended itself against ICE agents. Stand your ground, people.
Continuing the classic right wing "debate" tactic of restating reality in the most obtuse way possible to make it sound normal. "Oh so it's a crime to pay a lawyer for legal fees now!!??" about the Stormy Daniels payoff.Noting that deadly threats will be met with deadly force does not make one a "shitty cop."
Not in my opinion. Any would-be violent protestors or opportunists need to be gotten ahead of. Maybe the Sheriff using that rhetoric will prevent them from trying to hurt or kill officers, like we saw in L.A.His specific rhetoric was over the top and needlessly and violently worded, escalating the tension rather than working to deescalate the situation.
