Mine is, but I live in Washington. Some people are saying that their governor is a beady eyed fascist worm.

I won’t defend it
. Bias is most often accomplished by presenting only one ‘side’ of a story, event or policy position than by presenting ‘non-factual’ material (and omitting the other ‘side’).
.. he says, going on to defend it.
Nope, pointing out that Sam also committed murder isn’t defending Joe’s commission of murder.
There aren't two (legitimate) sides here. Slavery was bad, period. Discrimination is bad, period. Hatred is bad, period.
We don't teach "both sides" of the Holocaust.
Of course it is - "whataboutism" is always a (bad) defense.
There is no other reason for you to bring it up, other than to distract from the bad thing your side did.
ROFLMAO. I'm not so sure about that.Mine is, but I live in Washington.
Well... you must not live in Florida. There aren't two (legitimate) sides here. Slavery was bad, period. Discrimination is bad, period. Hatred is bad, period.
We don't teach "both sides" of the Holocaust.
No, I definitely live in Washington.ROFLMAO. I'm not so sure about that.
Finally!! I knew you were posting without having read the OP article. It only took 56 posts to admit it.I was unable to read the OP link due to a pop-up demanding subscription to do so. I have no idea what subject(s) the ‘offending’ PragerU content referenced.
All in the eye of the beholder. If you think he's either beady-eyed or a fascist you're not living in reality. He's about the furthest from both as possible. Socialist? Maybe. Fascist? Well... Washington does have a liberal drug policy.

Definitely not beady-eyed.
Get glasses. All in the eye of the beholder.
I’m wearing them.Get glasses.![]()
See an optometrist, you need an adjustment.I’m wearing them.
No, they’re good. Just got them a few months ago.See an optometrist, you need an adjustment.
Mine is, but I live in Washington.
I know. The shame. How dare you speak ill of a liberal.![]()
No, it can't.I won’t defend it, but similarly valid complaints can be made for ‘educational’ material with the opposite political bias.
So you're equating today's racial problems with a house that is on fire.
My assertion is that Hapless Harris is a brazen, lying sack of poop who came down to Florida, picked the fly shit out of the pepper by focusing on a single topic out of 191 other topics in the black history curriculum and hammered on that one point because the dumb, blockheaded audience wanted to believe DeSantis was (personally) responsible for the wording in that one item.Unfortunately, that option (to sample other material) is limited within a public K-12 school environment. If the teacher asserts that A caused B, then your assertion (no matter how well supported by documentation) that (mainly) Z caused B, will not be deemed correct.
Prager U is a disgrace in terms of educational content. However, combine this with the approximately 5,000 teacherless classrooms in FL last year and FL's willingness to hire unqualified teachers and you are going to have a mass of substitutes and unqualified teachers playing this garbage to kids from k-12.![]()
Florida OKs school materials aimed at making students conservatives
Gov. Ron DeSantis repeatedly says he opposes indoctrination in schools. Yet his administration in early July approved materials from a conservative group that says it’s all about indoctrination and…www.orlandosentinel.com
Florida is moving to brainwash the youth, force feeding partisan political propaganda to children. It seems the CRT scare was more projection.
Anyone going to defend this?
Please provide a websource of curriculum from a single entity with as clearly stated partisan goals. It's not that this site is partisan, it is that they are so often incorrect. Columbus describing the natives he found as not being peaceful? Maybe, but the first thing?I won’t defend it, but similarly valid complaints can be made for ‘educational’ material with the opposite political bias. As with ‘news’ media bias, most is accomplished by simple omission. Bias is most often accomplished by presenting only one ‘side’ of a story, event or policy position than by presenting ‘non-factual’ material (and omitting the other ‘side’).
No, it can't.
"PragerU" is not a university or an educational institution at all. It's a hard-right conservative propaganda machine that is little more than a YouTube channel. They have an explicit goal of converting people to their hard-right perspective. You can't say that about the College Board.
