Weisselberg plead guilty to all charges. Trump Org and Trump found guilty on all charges by two criminal court juries.
Manaforr and Stone found guilty by criminal court juries.., if patterns like the one you are attempting, matter.

BTW, post evidence of prosecutors and their families being targeted with threats of violence unless they prosecuted more severely, other than the threats against prosecutors and their investigators vs Hunter Biden.

Yes, they do and usually the criminals are a threat to public safety. Giuliani used RICO to go after the NY Mafia because they were running a vast criminal empire. Gambling, loan sharking, drugs, prostitution and extortion, etc. Trump did none of that and was no threat to NYC. He wasn't even living there anymore.

It gets worse when you observe the only case he could bring against Trump was a legally dubious one that conflated 34 bookkeeping misdemeanors into a felony. Yes, I know the Feds used tax evasion to bring down Al Capone. But again, vast criminal empire, murdering people in the streets and all that.

You can't even argue that Bragg is a law-and-order guy and "criminals need to pay for their crimes". Bragg regularly dismisses cases against dangerous people who are an actual threat to public safety.

The only reason Bragg went after Trump is because of lawfare. He wanted to lock him up or at least taint him because he didn't want him to run for president again. That is the definition of lawfare.

Lawfare has gone on for centuries with important people, so big deal. HOWVER, the point with Trump is that he DID payoff a prostitute, etc, etc-----a presidential candidate = it should have disqualified him. Hunter is not even a government worker, so who cares???

I have to admit that I was wrong about Fetterman. I always thought he was mentally incompetant because of the way he expressed himself verbally. Because of his Truth Social post, I know this isn't true.

This is intellectually well written. Clear and concise. Much different than the way he comes across when he's speaking.

On another note, I think his Senate career is in jeopardy. I don't think the Dem Elites who got him into the Senate will tolerate him remaining in the Senate. He will be forced out much the same way Manchin was forced out.
