There needs to be a fitness review of all federal judges, because some of them (this guy) don't need to be on the bench.

So what's the problem with this? I don't see one.

Federal judge temporarily revives part of DACA immigration program
The problem is something the right hates -- The US Govt
Typical response by those that disagree with a Judges decision- though in the end I think it will be overturned.
"These individuals had submitted substantial personal identifying information to the government, paid hefty fees, and planned their lives according to the dictates of DACA," Alsup wrote. "The administrative record includes no consideration to the disruption a rescission would have on the lives of DACA recipients, let alone their families, employers and employees, schools and communities."

Are you sure about that? They stand every single time they hear the national anthem.

Fact is any president can revoke or rescind an executive order which is what the dream act was, not legislation passed by congress. I think the judge is letting his political agenda over ride the constitution on this. I'm pretty sure the SCOTUS will cede the power to revoke or do away with executive orders by a sitting president of a former president. Especially when the constitution in this case gives the power over immigration to congress, not to the executive branch. Article I, Section 8.
If the SCOTUS rules that the executive order, DACA in this case can't be revoked or rescinded, then there is no need to have a congress or separation of powers, checks and balances. Any president once that precedence is set can legislate from the Oval Office, change any existing laws passed by congress via EO, have a free hand. If this happens, we as a country will have entered the era of dictatorship. Elected dictatorship, but dictatorship nonetheless.
But perhaps that is exactly what each major party wants. The power for a president of their party to enact anything that president wants or political party wants without challenge. No need for a constitution because that may stop a president's or political party agenda.
He's really upset because he hates brown people and this might let a few of them stay because they have jobs and a family here. The "fitness review" he's suggesting is just him daydreaming about firing judges that don't rule the way he wants.

Probably will be overturned. I am pro-DACA so of course I agree with the decision.
From what I read, they are still not accepting new applications but just put in an order to resume renewals. While everything gets straightened out, I think they should.

Your analysis of this decision is highly flawed.
First, the DREAM ACT is legislation. It just hasnt been passed by Congress...yet
Two, there is absolutely no evidence that this decision was politically motivated in any way
Three, while there is no doubt that a president can revoke EOs, there is just as little doubt that this power is not unlimited.
Finally, this case is not about whether or not a president can rescind Obama DACA EO; it is about whether or not Trump did so in a manner consistent with the law.
Overturned? The ruling should be ignored.
Immigration needs to be stopped. I mean completely stopped. The nation has done it before, it can do it again.
