And yet nothing on the FEC site yet? Strange.
They work at the speed of government and the eMail is dated yesterday.

Love this logic. I'm going to make things up to smear you and then claim that you didn't discredit them. The old, "tell me when you stopped hitting your wife" argument. There's no evidence of the alleged conduct, and parties involved all deny it, but a paid propaganda piece makes an unfounded allegation and you're too attached to it to let it go.Please enlighten us, show us one thing in the dossier that has been discredited…
Yea, this is the document the organization who filed the complaint claims they just received from the FEC in regards to their complaint.
Um, Hillary nor Steele "made things up", not even the FEC makes that silly comment.I'm going to make things up to smear you and then claim that you didn't discredit them.
Oh god not this again. Plenty of other people have been educated in other threads about the dossier. Please enlighten us, show us one thing in the dossier that has been discredited…
But, but the price of tea in China!!When will Trump show us his tax returns ?
"Asked by Fox News to confirm that the FEC sent the memo, a commission representative said, "FEC staff members are not authorized to comment on enforcement matters." The representative added that the FEC has 30 days after notifying parties to make documents public."The liberal outlets haven't picked this up just yet. Washington Times has a story though. I'm sure more details will come out if/when the liberal media outlets decide to publish this story.
FEC fines Clinton campaign, DNC for spending on Steele dossier to damage Trump in 2016
The Federal Election Commission has fined Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee for failing to disclose campaign spending that ended up in the pocket of Christopher Steele, the former British spy who authored a Russian-based dossier to damage Donald...www.washingtontimes.com
We all know the history of the Clinton campaign and DNC where they funneled money through intermediary law firms to fund foreign spies. This was done to create a false dossier and push a Russian collusion narrative prior to the election. The problem with this, beyond the foreign collusion in our election, is that they lied on their FEC filings to hide the fact that they were behind the false dossier used to smear their opponent. FEC found the money trail and has now fined the two entities for misreporting how they actually spent their money.
Like @Callen , I'll wait till this is out in non lawyerese.
That’s exactly what the OP linked article did, but I can understand that you prefer a source with a different lean.
Okay show us some discredited claims from the dossier.Love this logic. I'm going to make things up to smear you and then claim that you didn't discredit them. The Steele dossier: A reckoning
When it came to light in January 2017, just days before Donald Trump took office, the so-called Steele dossier landed like a bombshell and sent shockwaves around the world with its salacious allegations about Trump and his supposed ties to Russia.www.cnn.com
You’ll have to forgive me citing a right-wing source, but try this one:Okay show us some discredited claims from the dossier.
Muou claim it’s false, back it up…
Trump's lawsuit just grew legs.
I always read that as "free bacon."The only place I'm seeing this is places like freebeacon, todd starnes, washington times, fox.....
I always read that as "free bacon."
This stuff goes on all the time, and far worse, it cuts across party lines. So, this proves the link to the Clinton campaign with the Steele Dossier? And the Steele Dossier was used to get the FISA warrant to spy on the Trump campaign? And the FBI knew the Steele Dossier was not legitimate and used it as evidence for a warrant anyway? Lot's of wrongdoing here...
I guess we shouldn't be surprised that the Democrats here are trying to ignore this.
Yeah. It's probably Russian propaganda started by Trump, just like that Hunter Biden laptop garbage that everyone knows isn't true or the Clinton conspiracy to hang campaign coordination with Russia around Trump's neck. Mueller proved that one was true!Or maybe it isn't true. I'll wait and see.
Well, there absolutely WAS a dossier. That part is unquestionably true. The not true part was all the stuff that was contained in the dossier. So, technically, you're 100% right...other than the being wrong part. Please enlighten us, show us one thing in the dossier that has been discredited…
It’s been a tough year for you, hang on it’s less than three to go…..Yeah. It's probably Russian propaganda started by Trump, just like that Hunter Biden laptop garbage that everyone knows isn't true or the Clinton conspiracy to hang campaign coordination with Russia around Trump's neck. Mueller proved that one was true!
