I disagree.....Jones knows "exactly" what he is doing...He is in to make money....He is a deranged scum bag but not somebody to be pitied...By any means....The Parents know this and so do their lawyers
Good news! Happy to see this lying asshat isn't winning in court.
Families of Sandy Hook shooting victims win legal victory in lawsuit against InfoWars, Alex Jones
Six families of victims killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School won a legal victory Friday in their fight against controversial radio and internet personality Alex Jones.
A judge in Connecticut has granted the families’ discovery requests, allowing them access to, among other things, InfoWars’ internal marketing and financial documents. The judge has scheduled a hearing next week to decide whether to allow the plaintiffs’ attorneys to depose Jones.
Oh, I'd love to see Jones deposed. But I honestly don't think he's so much a liar as he is...disturbed.

Oh I don't doubt that he is a scumbag, Mr. Saladin...
But scumbags can have mental health issues. I think that's the salient point here. I agree, he should be taken to court for outright repeating a statement he couldn't possibly think isn't made up - but that doesn't mean he can't have bipolar disorder.
Mental health is of course irrelevant here as he has demonstrated an ability to literally give sermons full declarations of telling the truth but really repeating a series of absolute lies whenever countered on by the people involved. He can tell right from wrong. It's his whole shtick.
I think it's far more important to look at just who listens to a man we all accept to be crazy.

Ok, so one actual confirmed case of a crazy saying mean things on the internet.

What is crazy is that we have a legal system that allows a known scumbag playing a character to make money while geting away with suing a family because he wants to make us all believe that their son didn't die... Even though absolutely NOBODY would considered employable in an office room if they said that out loud like it is a valid opinion. These are real people who lost children, and this guy wants to warp our reality to make himself some money. **** him.Ok, so one actual confirmed case of a crazy saying mean things on the internet.
I don't think there's any mental illness issues. If you have 20 minutes to spare for laughing your butt off... watch this Jon Oliver segment that explains what Alex Jones does for a living. He pumps fears of some looming crisis or health issue, then he follows that up with for-sale remedies on his show. The more fear, the more sales.
Well, I gave it a go, quit, and then pushed on to the 2-minute mark. Oliver was hilarious, but I can't listen to Alex Jones. I can't believe he has an audience. Who are these people?!!!!!
Total mystery.

I'd suggest watching from 8:50 for one minute about his weight loss supplement.
He's so insane that every day he manages to perform a series of tasks to get ready for his show, put out content in periodical fashion while employing a large staff, and successfully negotiating their wages, and their benefits. You devil--you knew I'd get sucked in. I did LMAO, especially at the "QVC for conspiracy" bit. What insanity--and this man has millions of followers?!
And I did have to stop again at 17:34 after listening to Jones say that with his sports coat and Rolex, he was dressing as a satanist. This man is crazy.

I'm pretty sure that most understood that my delicate phrasing meant "bat-**** crazy."
Really?......Saying the victims, children were child actors?...All a hoax.....You believed that?

I believe that someone had pointed that out to Alex before so he was trying to rationalize it away for his sheep.
So bizarre. Just listening to Alex Jones for a few minutes makes me anxious. Scary to think that there are millions of listeners who like the shouting and braying and foaming at the mouth. (((Shudder)))
