Fake videos & conspiracies fuel falsehoods about Los Angeles protests

What do the polls say or don't you care what the public thinks?

A CBS News/YouGov poll conducted June 4–6 found that 54 percent of Americans approve of Trump's deportation policy—higher than his approval ratings on the economy (42 percent) or inflation (39 percent). The poll was completed just days before the president deployed National Guard troops to Los Angeles on June 8, following escalating protests.

Shit.

Even TRUMP doesnt believe in his deportation policy.

"Our great Farmers and people in the Hotel and Leisure business have been stating that our very aggressive policy on immigration is taking very good, long time workers away from them, with those jobs being almost impossible to replace," the president wrote Thursday.

  • Trump tried to blame former President Biden for allowing "Criminals" to apply for farmworker jobs.
  • "This is not good," he continued. "We must protect our Farmers, but get the CRIMINALS OUT OF THE USA. Changes are coming!"

CBS talking about misinformation....... :love::ROFLMAO::love::ROFLMAO:

Interesting conclusion you make:
"Even TRUMP doesnt believe in his deportation policy."
How would you know that?

He is getting rid of illegal criminals and migrants who shouldn't be here according to their legal status.
Is Trump not doing that with ICE?

What is it that you do not like about Trump's immigration policies? Is he not empathetic or sympathetic enough?

He basically said it. Great work on looking at the link.

Right - and he knows that focusing on migrant workers was a bad idea. Unlike you.

He just said he's deporting good, long term workers and hurting farmers, so he's going to change his policies.

Because he and his cronies were too stupid to see the consequences of his rhetoric.

And I see it seems to be a trend among his supporters, too.

Trump who is always the first to 😢 cry fake news, is one the largest voices for such BS.

JAN6! JAN6! JAN6! JAN6! JAN6! JAN6! JAN6! JAN6!
TRUMP! TRUMP! TRUMP! TRUMP! TRUMP! TRUMP!

There,
that's all you have to write to rebut any criticism of feckless political leaders like Newsom and Bass.
You're empty rationalizations will not sway those citizens who realize political leaders in sanctuary cities cannot control their anarchic populations wanting to destroy downtown areas.
They couldn't do it in 2020 and they can't do it now.

JAN6! JAN6! JAN6! JAN6! JAN6! JAN6! JAN6! JAN6!
TRUMP! TRUMP! TRUMP! TRUMP! TRUMP! TRUMP!

You summed it up well.. Loved the control Trump showed he had over his supporters on that day.

And how could you possibly know that the more violent protester are not being paid to break the law?
It is possible that the felon pays them off to be vindicated for his shortcomings and approach to this situation.
Of course there are veteran Trump haters on these threads who will gladly accept the falsehood of Trump feeding misinformation about the riots in L.A.
He lies so much, why would anyone believe him now?
But the millions upon millions of TV new viewers watching such violence night after night. What do you they are thinking?
That this could have been avoided.

Of course, all mob violence can be avoided.
If it can't be avoided because there are thugs, looters, arsonist, and agitators in the crowd who are anxious to be arrested and incarcerated, then the government has no choice but to use authorized force to insure peace in the community.
How does any of that mob violence relate to ICE apprehending illegal aliens let in by Biden's incompetent Administration for the last four years?

That date will always give you something to B**** about.
At least it's more timely than Hitler comparisons.

If the migrants turn out to be illegal, then they are subject to deportation. What part of following federal law do you object to?
I am not a bleeding heart Liberal.
And I believe in upholding federal law.
That is what ICE officers are doing.

They can’t even be original, the pallets of bricks is recycled from the same bogus claims in 2020.

Like this guy, another cult45/47 darling with close to a million followers, who they get their info from.

Werent those the same brick shipment pictures used to scare people about antifa protests?

A laughable attempt at diversion. There is ample evidence of the protesters throwing rocks on the Police cars, and police officers and pelting ICE vehicles with rocks.

"bUt One iMagE wAS fAke!"

regardless of whose side you are on, if this 'event' will happen in over 1,000 cities this weekend.

well..............

it takes LOTS of money and organizing; that is a good story in itself.....

Who Is Funding the Los Angeles Riots? Are the Riots Staged? What Is the Endgame?

I tend to agree, it's what America voted for in November.

Though Trump is still a POS, and should have been impeached for his part in Jan 6.

America voted for deporting illegal aliens and stopping the flood of migrants. That’s the law. Why is enforcing the law a bad thing while supporting criminals and rioters like Democrats do a good thing?

interesting you have no comment on the control Trump had with his supporters on Jan6, but you expect the Governor of CA to have control over a small number of protesters in LA.

or maybe the fake news is they're telling us this is all fake news ?

This is exactly the rationale the Trumpers use to justify reading and believing the fake videos and conspiracies outlined in the OP.

Dont you see that??
I see your point, I disagree with the comparison.

My points as to the potential propaganda value are still valid. The MAGA versions are based not on an understanding of standard propaganda techniques but completely unsupported claims and evidence.

I admitted I was taken in, as well. Which they NEVER do. And certainly won’t continue to refer to it as a fact. Which they ALWAYS do.

I learn from my mistakes. I do not pretend to the end that I made no mistakes.

It was actually cleverly done. Just enough fact, not too much obvious error. Taking advantage of the massive piles of similar deceptive actions by team trump, to trick folks into thinking this was just another. Team trump has been using people for photo/video ops that don’t reflect reality throughout both campaigns. Like making sure the two or three actual black trump supporters at a rally were in every camera shot.

I think you can see my point.

You've made my point. You and hapless CA Dems are helpless to handle the situation in L.A. so let's distract the audience by bringing up something that happened four years ago.
Good tactic.

Let's keep bringing up the past because there is no defense for what's happening in L.A. today.
