Nope. It's light comedy(supposedly). Rough plot: guy has to for some reason join a club in his high school where all the other members are girls with unnaturally large boobs. This leads to hilarious hijinks of the nature of woman runs, her boobs hit her in the face, she is knocked cold, every one laughs. There is debate on whether it was a serious attempt at really bad fan service(lots of panty shots and boobs wiggling under blouses), or if it was intended to make fun of fan service. I lean towards the latter, but my one attempt to watch an episode did not last long, it is really unwatchable.
