Despite facing no charges, Hillary Clinton as been labeled as EXTREMELY CARELESS and holes in her story are glaring. She owes it to her party to step aside and release all of her delegates at the convention in Philadelphia.

Do you really think she pocesses one shred of character or an understanding of honor? I agree with you, but it ain't going to happen.

None of them have any integrity. If Hillary gets the boot, which wont happen, Sanders the socialist would replace her and he is a wacky socialist. Funny thinking about it, on the right if Trump gets booted Cruz would replace him, who is just plain whacky. There is no hope.

Dude, if the left had any brain right now, they wouldn't have been pushing her for years. They want a female President. That's it. This election for them is a social experiment. She's the most corrupt official we've seen. The left LOVES her for it.

I dont think even the left loves her. Her disapproval rating was nearly 50% by the left IIRC.

The odds of that happening are roughly the same as the odds of hell freezing over. The Democrats don't care what she did and the Republicans don't have the balls to do anything about it.

Finally, a thread that honestly describes what the FBI said: she was extremely careless, but they could not identify one single piece of legal precedent for charging her on these facts.

FBI: Hillary Clinton won't be charged in private email server scandal.

[Edit: If the police have told 200 drunk people to leave a location, you don't go back and charge only the 101st, even if they are a Hated Democrat.]

Clinton doesn't have the same momentum as Sanders. Even if she is awarded a nomination, it will likely be contested by Democrats at the convention.

50%, not bad. Just means one out of every two Democrats is a complete moron.

Not gonna happen. Bernie fans remind me of Ron Paul fans, they simply have a hard time with reality.

About the same breakdown with repubs and Trump, so will the election be decided by the morons of each Party or the Rational?

Finally, a thread that honestly describes what the FBI said: she was extremely careless, but they could not identify one single piece of legal precedent for charging her on these facts.

FBI: Hillary Clinton won't be charged in private email server scandal.

She broke the law, and Comey said as much, but since there was no precedent for breaking the law in the exact and specific manner in which she broke it they decided (or more likely were told) to let her off the hook.

Which is an absolute cop out because, when you think about it, it should actually make sense that there has been no precedent for a Cabinet level officially deliberately and negligently storing Top Secret classified information on his or her personal and completely unsecured email server.

[Edit: If the police have told 200 drunk people to leave a location, you don't go back and charge only the 101st, even if they are a Hated Democrat.]

Is a really bad example because it implies that hundreds of senior government officials do this sort of thing but that Clinton was the only one who got caught.

Not really. What he said was there was no precedent of someone doing the exact same things she did being charged for it.

FBI director: Hillary Clinton 'extremely careless' but no charges recommended - CNNPolitics.com

Ultimately, Comey said his recommendation against charges stems from the fact that there is no precedent for charging someone under similar circumstances.

"Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case," Comey said, saying the FBI could not find a single case in which a person was charged with crimes for similar actions.

Other than ethical considerations, I don't know why that would be a sound thought. Her party would be in better shape with her at the top of the ticket than outside of it.

Whether you like her or not it's extremely likely that Hillary Clinton will be the next president of the USA.

Wait and see.

Which is basically what I said with the exception that you said "not really", and then quoted a portion of the article which essentially agrees with me.

But this whole thing was a dog and pony show from the beginning with the foregone resolution that Clinton would be let of the hook, so it really comes as no surprise.

If the Obama administration was in any way interested in seeing justice done here they would have handed it off to a special prosecutor in the first place (which is what Comey did when Ashcroft handed him the Libby investigation).

As horrible as that is, it is the best alternative at the moment.
