I’m not sure he’ll make it that far. He’s showing serious mental and physical decline.
Trump is like a mad dog that catches the car, He doesn’t know what to do now.

He’s doing a lot of damage.
But I’m worried about what comes after.
If someone actually smart - with his level of evil - comes along, we will be in real trouble.

By the way. August 11th marks the 60th Anniversary of the Watts Riots, which only ended after a Democrat, Pat Brown, deployed 14,000 California National Guard troops to restore order. The only thing that’s changed in the state since is the size of the governor’s balls.

All were justified responding to illegal police activities and political corruption. This episode is in response to a twisted and confused babbling fascist slob occupying the oval office violating the constitution.

No, nothing justified murder and sniping at firemen, looting, and burning down 100 square blocks of South Central Los Angeles. The common denominator between what occurred almost sixty years ago and today is sworn law enforcement officers attempting to uphold the law being attacked by violent, anarchic criminals. What enables them is dignifying them with the moniker “protesters.” These aren’t protesters. People throwing Molotov cocktails and dropping rocks from highway overpasses onto police cruisers while Democrats blame Trump for “escalating” their behavior are an advertising wet dream for Republicans.

Bring back order? The reason we have this rioting mess in the first place is Democratic politicians like Gavin Newsom support sanctuary laws that endanger the public by releasing violent foreign criminals back into society instead of holding them on immigration detainers. There would be no reason to execute juridical warrants, which place everyone, including the criminals, at risk if they were already in custody. But modern Democrats are idiots lacking in common sense. Instead of supporting public safety, they support the criminals. 🤷‍♂️

No, the reason we have this mess in the first place is because Donald was too lazy to deal with the immigration problem that is rampant in Texas because he's afraid that if he tries, Abbott will make him TACO within a week. Therefore Stephen Miller instructed Donald to focus instead on California, the only state with borders to Mexico that has seriously invested in building border wells. Needless to say, being MAGA, you are fed a bunch of talking points by the media and therefore cannot be expected to know any better. Hence, you shop around the same tired narrative, day in and day out, until the media gives you new updated talking points on some new, fresh outrage.

It's clear to anybody paying attention that Trump is looking for anything he can to justify martial law and if that doesn't work he just keeps upping the tension and provocation hoping for the result he wants sorta like Jan 6th.

I don’t know about that, but if he follows James Carville’s advice that the object is to do anything legal to win an election, including next year’s Midterms, provoking and then responding like Captain America to violent anarchists in states run by feckless Democrats would be a good strategy.

I would agree but arrest the violent ones and respect the nonviolent ones. When they murder us murdering them in return is justified.

As soon as the first rock is thrown or people stay past curfew, the “mostly peaceful protest” becomes an unlawful assembly and should be ended. The ones who refuse to leave, peaceful or not, should be arrested.
 
A state Governor typically orders in the state National Guard if local and state police need assistence. The state Governor commands those NG troops. Presidents don't interfere.

Before Saturday, the last time a president interfered was in 1965 when LBJ nationalized some Alabama NG troops to protect African-American children going to school in Montgomery.

Alabama Governor George Wallace refused to protect the black children. In fact, Montgomery police often attacked black families with truncheons, dogs, and water cannon.

There is a world of difference between the overt motives of LBJ, and the ulterior motives of DJT.

Yes, but in recent decades Democrats have been dieting on stupid pills and standing by while violent criminals and anarchists looted and burned our cities. Trump was elected partly as a response to that.
