We need the "Death Penalty" in these special circumstance cases, For Any One who engages in "Random Murders", "Mass Murders", "Drive By Shooters", "Gang Murders", and "Rapist".
- No more of leaving these people to play the appeals game for 20 yrs and then they get out of jail. (These type of Barbaric Savages do not need to be in Civil and Civic Society)

• We better learn from other countries. "China just solve the issue and be done with it for these kind of killer" - They simply 'execute them", they don't have time to all these people to go back on the streets and do more criminal acts.

We need a Mandatory 50 yr Prison Sentence, no possibility of parole for anyone who incite/or influence Attacks The U.S. Capitol or Attack incite/or influence Attacks The U.S. Capitol or Attack ANY State Capitol, or Any City Hall.
Any member of Congress who does not report to a Congressional Subpeona , is to be "immediate removed for off and never allowed to work in any government capacity ever again. any professional license they have, is immediately rovoken and never to be reenstated.

I disagree, which is one reason that we have so much “gun crime” and recidivism. Illegal gun possession is, by definition, not a violent crime, yet ceratainly indicates a willingness (and criminal intent) to become extremely violent.

The problem here is that although these crimes are horrific and the perpetrator may deserve to die, we never have 100% certainty that the wrong person is imprisoned.

To paraphrase a well know saying, it's better for 100 criminals who ought to be executed to not be executed than for one innocent man or woman to be executed.

I can agree to that... but when its "conclusive"... then the punishment fits.

The problem is, it's supposed to always be conclusive. Beyond any reasonable doubt.

But "conclusive", as you use it, would mean "beyond any possibility of doubt". There is no official standard for verdicts that uses that test. So it remains that we put people in prisons if they have been convicted beyond reasonable doubt, but we're never really absolutely, unequivocably, 100% sure.

That's why I oppose the death penalty.
