Seems that maintaining the same hourly rate and working fewer hours would in fact lower one’s total wages.
I don't think that's in the bill. I think employee just gets a bump in hourly wage.

I gave evidence of fact why the term "Golden State" is applicable to CA. I am promoting those facts. You can makeup whatever you want. But GDP is the measure of business/economic growth. You're just too proud to admit to those facts.
