Sorry for going on a tangent, but how exactly is someone's private jet tracked by a member of the public?

Flight plans are accessible to the public, and there's hobbyists who like to spot tail numbers and cross-reference their sightings.

Even if he used exclusively private airports, limiting himself in a way I doubt he'd except, those tail numbers are generally visible to the public.

It's public information, but what Sweeny was doing was taking that publicly available information that tracks private jet flights on his Twitter account. There's no specific Twitter policy against it, but all of Sweeney's accounts that tracked private jets have been suspended. The apparent rule violation cited is "platform manipulation and spam" which doesn't really fit.

Yoel Roth had to move out of his house because of tweets by Musk. Whether he posted his address or not isn't important -- if the effect is that Musk tweets and causes someone in real life to be forced from their real life home, the impact is the same.
