Defending America from foreign militaries? Sure, no problems with that.

If they instituted a draft, you can certainly bet there would be fighting, and I would be a part of it.

Not a war like Iraq but i ww2 style war winner takes all id be there just for the personnel glory of winning .
whether you enlist or you are drafted
you do not get to pick your battlefields
you follow orders

I would probably be able to continue with ROTC, but after school or if I flunk out then yes I would.

What? We're fighting terrorism? From here, it looks like we're just beating down local revolutions against our occupations of Arab nations.

"Local revolutions against our occupations of Arab nations"... Is that the new Liberal term for terrorist?

Can you answer the question this thread is about... A simple "yes" or "no" is good enough (Or "not sure" if you want.).

No, they've been called revolutions for thousands of years.

Let's see, if there was a draft to fight terrorism, would I fight? Why yes, I'd fight the draft.

And, you know, if I had to... I'd fight terrorism too. ;)

Yes, I would fight for America if there was a threat to this country that I love so much (that sentence was serious).

You cannot fight a war on Terrorism. Terrorism is a military tactic. The best you could do is to fight specific organizations that utilize Terrorism. Might as well have a War On Bombing.

I'm not old enough yet, but if there was an actual non-hype threat to the US, I think that it is my duty to go*.

Either that, or pretend to be a Quaker.

*Not that I would be of any use, I would probably go crazy and try to murder the haircutter when he came at me with his scissors. I like my hair long.
