Why the Dow Doesn’t Work
The Dow, despite being the index you hear about the most, doesn’t actually tell you much. If it’s up or down a lot, it can tell you that US large companies had a good or bad day, but that’s about it. There are two reasons for this:

It only looks at a small number of really big US companies
It measures them poorly
Let’s look at these issues in turn

That's the problem, nobody has been proven to be MS-13 gang members. That's just what DoJ claims. In this country we just don't take the word of the government, the government has to prove it in court. See the Fifth Amendment:

"No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."

That means you can't just toss people in jail on the assertion of the government. That is what totalitarian regimes do. Trump is denying people of liberty without due process of law.

The government is also denying the 6th Amendment, by renditioning accused persons out of the country, denying their right to legal counsel. Trump's actions are unconstitutional.

The relative performance chart below shows Dow Jones Industrial Average total return has outperformed Wilshire 5000 (total return) by a wide margin from 01/02/1992 to 04/09/2021.

For people who claim not to like Global Pandemic, your side sure do a lot to protect the Fauci and the EcoHealthAlliance NGO that started it.
Why the hell does Fauci deserve a pardon again? You defenders should be the ones to answer that. The damage from the pandemic was over 7 million lives lost worldwide, including over 800,000 Americans counted, and then there's all the economic damage and people thrown out of work, etc due to economic disruption.
But the answer is that you need to protect your collaborator-allies.
