I may be a tad esoteric at times, but if the point goes over someones head, that doesn't mean I did not make the point, perhaps with humor, perhaps in the view of some, not.
You see, it's called intelligence, word play, entertainment, wit, prose, sarcasm, analogies, double entendres, metaphors, logic.
It's not my fault if someone can't get beyond this or that and see the whole picture. It's theirs.
Lemme walk you through it...

Pretty much the way I see it, Caine is calling the rest of the world "reasonable" which assumes the US is "unreasonable".
I beg to differ. Now I could come back with "nuh-uh" or "is not" or something equally eloquent, or maybe even take it to the next level of debate and go all high brow with a statement like...
Of which most of the rest of the unreasonable world, including those in the Democratic party who agree with him, would call getting the job done.
Which would a simple statement of opinion, unbacked up, on par with, "I know you are but what am I?"
Notice I haven't even got to the part where Caine says the rest of the GOP does not agree with coW.boy? So now he's telling me what MY camp thinks?
But you see, folks expect some logical content and maybe some smack from me. It's how I work. Believe me, when I bring it weak like that, I hear about it. Rightly so.
So I reply to the "reasonable" bit...

Ah Billo jokes, can never go wrong there. Little humor in the post. I'll get back to Billo.
"France-Where mimes walk free."
Now I could have pointed out things about France like them supporting Iraq for the money Iraq paid them. The more asute and knowledgable among us gets this. I bring up France, pointing out a so-called "reasonable" country, only in a subtle humorus (I hope) way. Hey, if this goes over your head. Too friggin bad. Post up, I'll explain it...like now.
"Saudia Arabia-Where groups of men walk about and publically beat women with sticks."
Truth. Nothing funny or subtle here. Is this one of the so-called "reasonable" countries?
"Poland-Where fire hydrants are little Billo statutes. (It's a dog thing)."
Stereotyping Polland? Damn right. But see, I have a pattern of doing such. Folks know this. The more astute among us see this. Heck, I've even given France credit where it is due before. Now, if you wanna start trying to reel in my humor, all the thngs that so many here know for sure is shtick, go ahead, try and make this place more boring if that's possible.
Billo. Pure joke. At Billo's expence. Against the rules? Let's examine this.
1. Quite possibly the only person that enjoys Billo jokes more than me is Billo. If you make this a problem, I'll ask Bilo to make a public anouncement that I can say ANY DAMN THING I WANT TO AT ANYTIME AND HE IS COOL WITH IT. Then we'll go from there.
B. Should there be success with such nonsence...more on that in a bit.
III. For sure as some see it I get away with murder. But that's because peole know me. If I say you are stuck in a corner looking for a curve it's just a tad different than if Red Dave said it. From him it's an insult, from me it's a joke. Navy put a wink after his joke. I don't have to do that. Most know I'm ALWAYS winking. Of course this assumes I'm dealing with adults.

Another so-called "reasonable" country? Infer here a little about thier human rights record. And in the same breath I draw attention to my pyramid theory. Self promotion and agrandizement. Working on several different levels here. See?
