Now that you mention it, you ARE a lot like Trump.
Like how the other Amendments have prevented his other abuses of power?
Is the Constitution going to march up the to White House and arrest him?
It's actually much more than that. It would appear that perhaps unfettered massive illegal immigration, lawfare, puberty blockers for minors, and males in female sports was not a good sell after all. As much as I dislike Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, it did not really matter who the democrats nominated. They were going to lose anyway over party policy.
As it worked out he had 4 years to prepare for his
current term.

That makes zero sense. You need to get a hold of reality and basic language. If the majority of anti Trumpers do not vote that assures Trump wins the election by default of having more votes. You guys motivated Trump's supporters to get out and vote with all of the lawfare and constant attacks on him. If you hadn't done those, Trump wouldn't be president.
LOL. Thanks for the laugh. Democracy elected Trump. That makes zero sense. You need to get a hold of reality and basic language. If the majority of anti Trumpers do not vote that assures Trump wins the election by default of having more votes.
Next in a free democracy which clearly you do not understand people question their leaders openly and there are debates.
You either are absolutely unaware how democracy works or a Russian troll. Which one is it?
Trump is not going to try running for a third term.
I don't care what he says, he won't be able to run for a third term. Then why does he keep saying he’s going to?
The way he looks, he will be lucky to live through this one.I don't care what he says, he won't be able to run for a third term.
I don't care what he says, he won't be able to run for a third term.
You changed your argument, thats an own goal.Democracy elected Trump.
Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! There was no massive illegal immigration.
I assume you didn’t read, or decided not to include the second sentence of my post. If you don’t like what Biden did, work to change or eliminate the relevant laws and treaties that the US has passed and ratified. If you need the section of the law or the names of the three relevant treaties, let me know.Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!
After that sentence there was no need to read further. It's mind boggling that you don't think that there was massive illegal immigration during the Biden Administration. Illegal immigration is the biggest single reason that your party had its ass handed to it in 2024 Start your posts seriously, and I might take them seriously.I assume you didn’t read, or decided not to include the second sentence of my post.
Law and order is a bitch sometimes. After that sentence there was no need to read further. There is no law against applying for asylum, however legally in virtually all cases it must be done at a US consulate, an American Embassy, or at least at a legal port of entry. Just running across the border and yelling: "I request asylum" has never given you a legal right to remain in the US while your request is being considered. And if you want to be intellectually honest, none of those illegals planned asylum. That is just what they were told to say if they were caught, knowing that some idiot administrations would give them a court date 1 to 3 years off and release them. The vast majority of them never show up for the court date and those who do face a roughly 90% refusal.Again, if you don’t like the laws and treaties that require the US to allow people to apply for asylum and prohibit the US from returning refugees to danger, change them. Or continue to support Trump.
To be fair, those White South Africans Trump gave asylum to were absolutely being persecuted in South Africa. Not the case with the turds running across our southern borders. He doesn’t give a shit about laws and treaties, or protecting people from persecution— unless they are White South Africans.
WRONG.There is no law against applying for asylum, however legally in virtually all cases it must be done at a US consulate, an American Embassy, or at least at a legal port of entry.
Any alien who is physically present in the United States or who arrives in the United States (whether or not at a designated port of arrival and including an alien who is brought to the United States after having been interdicted in international or United States waters), irrespective of such alien’s status, may apply for asylum in accordance with this section or, where applicable, section 1225(b) of this title.
If you read this part of your link, it does not guarantee any such illegal applying for asylum must be allowed to remain in the states while his or her case is considered:
That's nice. It's not what you were arguing. You said:If you read this part of your link, it does not guarantee any such illegal applying for asylum must be allowed to remain in the states while his or her case is considered:

It amounts to the same thing. Sneaking across the border if caught and yelling" "I seek asylum in the US", does not mean there is a law guaranteeing you can remain in the US while your request is considered. That only happens during idiot administrations. That's nice. It's not what you were arguing. It does not.It amounts to the same thing.
Trump couldn’t find any Black South Africans who were being persecuted? In addition, Trump terminated the refugee admissions program, in place for decades, immediately upon taking office in January, leaving thousands stranded overseas, people who had been thoroughly vetted through a process that can take a year or more. (Trump 1.0 admitted the fewest refugees by far in the history of the program.)There is no law against applying for asylum, however legally in virtually all cases it must be done at a US consulate, an American Embassy, or at least at a legal port of entry. At this point in time, not that I know of. Go back to some of the white governments in the past, then certainly there were persecuted black South Africans.Trump couldn’t find any Black South Africans who were being persecuted?
Persecution is not always based on race. There are plenty of human rights abuses in South Africa that put Black people at risk. Ignoring them is just another manifestation of Trump’s bigotryAt this point in time, not that I know of.
