Does Anyone On The Left Actually Understand Trump Won Because of Them?

Pointing out that Clinton ran a very inept campaign and failed to work hard at getting elected isn’t praising Trump.
I didn't say it was. Stop pretending you were not positively highlighting his campaigning in post after post after post after post
Trump both out work and out campaign her.
I get the trolling of it, but you keep making my point

Further, you are again sidestepping this point:

you don't think he is the greater evil

I often wonder how many on the left have some level of understanding that Trump would have never been president, ever, if it hadn't been for all they and their bought and paid for media did against Trump. Anyone on the left here actually realize it was the left who elected Trump? Did you just go too far, with everything? Or, is it just an Ostrich with their heads in the sand thing?
No. The people who are directly responsible for Trump getting the nomination, and for winning are the people who decided to vote for him, first as the nominee of the republican party, and then in the General election. They own him, and they own every single thing he did, because they were warned. They saw Jan 6 happen in real time in their living rooms. They knew exactly what he would do because they watched the prequel for 4 entire years and because the man told them. He bragged about his plans, and bragged about them some more.

Indirectly, you can blame those who live in swing states and decided not to vote for Harris or to vote third party, knowing the real risks those choices represented given how close those states would likely be and how vital each of those votes were in stopping Trump..

The only point I get from you is your refusal to admit that Clinton’s lazy or at least lackadaisical approach to her 2016 campaign cost her the election. This is my one and only point I’m trying to get across. In other words, Clinton lost her election by her inactions, perhaps not taking the election that seriously as she probably thought she had it won much more than Trump won it.

Um, the US economy is not eroding. Job creation may be less but not negative. The rest is doing quite well.

Inequality in the US means jealousy.

The Trump administration has already had negative effects on the economy but the much bigger negative effect will be long term.

That under Trump it's a decline in science and leading scientists are leaving the USA.

There is also a loss in confidence in the USA among foreign countries and companies.

While also ignoring the devastating effects of climate change and allowing China to dominate emerging markets.

Also Trump, other Republican politicians and right wing thinktanks sees Hungary as a positive example. A country with declining democracy and economy there power and wealth is concentrated to the regime and their oligarch friends.

A big reason for how Trump won the election was how easy it was for him and his campaign to lie about the policies they would implement.

You didn't ask. It has happened over time within the last 15 years. There is no smoking gun. Sorry.

All one really has to do is go outside and look around.
Okay.

One of those workers is Nicole Perez, a journeywoman electrician who’s worked in the industry for nearly 18 years, primarily in Northern Nevada.

...“Recently, one of my male apprentices told me that he thought that white people are actually just naturally more intelligent than Black people,” Perez said. “This was an apprentice telling his foreman (me), who is a half-Black woman. He also said men are more intelligent than women, and that it’s just natural.”

Racism and sexism. Still alive. Indeed, it's only been 8 years since I've heard "That n*gg*r ain't my president."

Where do you live? Plenty of racism around here. Must be ten times as bad in the South.

We literally SEE that people treat each other equally on race.

One doesn't have to be an expert to understand reality. They just need to open their eyes.

Sure there rare "places" and there are ugly people, but in general, racism is over.

The very next sentence is: "Over the years, however, Perez said she’s seen fewer closed minds and more doors open for herself and other women in the industry."

The world continues to heal.

Your link was written in 2021. A lot has changed in 4 years.
Plus, the story was about women in male dominant workplaces. That is an entirely different topic.

Again, in the past. The "N" word ending in "A" is now a common word among our youth of all races. Both words are being diluted.

Also, you heard a racist statement. Acting on it is racism.

I never said racist statements are dead. I mean, people call Trump a White Nationalist Nazi, but I believe in their hearts they are not racist and are just misinformed.

Dallas suburb.

Racism and sexism still exists as I've shown. That it may be declining doesn't change this.

The apprentice held racist views.

Racism hasn't ended, which was your implication.

Dallas suburb.
Are there no racists in Dallas?

We are the sum of our parts. Remarks at a bar are inconsequential, but the hatred behind those remarks, when in power, is not.

Yep, it's so damn bad in the US that auto sales are up almost 6% ytd. With Ford at 8.2% and GM at 10%. The EU is struggling to break even.

You are conflating the difference between racist and racism. Racism requires behavior and action from a group.

Example: If one is not promoted because color of skin. If one doesn't get a raise because color of skin. People of a certain color are not allowed to do something.

A racist can say whatever. That is freedom of speech.

Are there no racists in Dallas?
Likely.

We are the sum of our parts. Remarks at a bar are inconsequential, but the hatred behind those remarks, when in power, is not.
Words are indeed consequential, even at a bar.

As far as Trump, once you figure out he is trolling with the biggest fears on the left, you will realize it's all bullshit.
I'm not defending. I cannot stand the man, but I am trying to tell you how to understand what he says without jumping to conclusions esp in online posts.

Since when? Behavior and actions from one racist is racism. Racism is a belief.

Trump is an idiot. I'm talking about racism, which still exists. Your idea that it has been eliminated over the last 15 years is fantastic nonsense.

Progress was indeed being made, and if you want to bring Trump into this, that progress has been reversed by him.

For all his faults, W was a serious man. He appointed the first (and second) black SoS. Our current SECDEF poses. Half naked. Muscle boy. Muscle head. This isn't trolling. It's serious business. Trump, unlike W, is not a serious man.

If women did not have vaginas they would not be raped. That in a nut shell is the argument you pose. It is past idiotic.

What a stupid reason to choose your president for. Can't say I'm surprised though. Trumpies deserve Trump. Just make sure you don't choke on your morning coffee.

You're entitled to your own opinion. I think Trump won because of the mass nievety of half the country coupled with the endless lies told in the campaign.
please don't compare Trump's sarcasm with the horrific lies that come out of the democrat party every day. For ten years we've watched democrats do everything in the book to destroy Trump with bogus accusations and attempted assassination.
Covering for Biden's mental health was over the top dishonesty.
Spare us your phony outrage.

It's why you folks choose one of the worst presidential candidates in US history. Biden won because of Trump hate. What a stupid reason to choose your president for.

Global electric cars sales will increase by 25 percent this year with electric cars becoming cheaper and more competitive. While Trump double down on fossil fuel cars.

Also the Trump administration is being inspired by and supporting countries with failing economies. Like for example also Argentina, that Trump is now bailing them out with 20 billion dollars.

blacks in the middle-upper middle class

Where in the hell did you get this from?

The study I linked was Chetty et al. (2018),
I ask multiple time for a link to that graph, you refused to post it every time claiming it was from Chetty.

You lied.

It was created by;

Steven Sailer is an American far-right writer and blogger. He is a columnist for Taki's Magazine and VDARE, a website associated with white supremacy.

Again, in the past. The "N" word ending in "A" is now a common word among our youth of all races. Both words are being diluted.
That is not "diluting ", it is "normalizing" racism, making racism normal again.

If women did not have vaginas they would not be raped. That in a nut shell is the argument you pose. It is past idiotic.
You guys motivated Trump's supporters to get out and vote with all of the lawfare and constant attacks on him. If you hadn't done those, Trump wouldn't be president.

Since when? Behavior and actions from one racist is racism. Racism is a belief.
Well damn. There appears to be dozens of different definitions. I did find two that had "belief" in them however.

I disagree that it's a belief and it makes much more sense to require an action. A negative belief is thought crime and nothing unless the thought materializes.
Here is one from Cambridge:
"policies, behaviours, rules, etc. that result in a continued unfair advantage to some people and unfair or harmful treatment of others based on race "

Trump is an idiot.
No disagreement. He is much much worse than an idiot.

Progress was indeed being made, and if you want to bring Trump into this, that progress has been reversed by him.
I disagree here, but I'm not going to convince you so I won't even bother to cite any of the many many claims that prove otherwise.
He might be an idiot and much worse, but so far I've not seen him saying or acting racist.

I think the only argument that I can think of is the completely fake "good people on both sides" edited video. That was yet another example of why dems lost. People heard for themselves what Trump actually said and he also condemned the Nazi's not five seconds later. Yet the media kept on running with it as well as Obama and even Harris keeping it in their speeches. Oops!

For all his faults, W was a serious man. He appointed the first (and second) black SoS. Our current SECDEF poses. Half naked. Muscle boy. Muscle head. This isn't trolling. It's serious business. Trump, unlike W, is not a serious man.
Dubyah was also a moron. I voted for him first term and it was the last time I voted Republican for president.

Caring about the color of skin for leadership as though that should be a qualification is racist thinking.

Someone running for president saying they would only pick a black female as running mate was also racist.

If race is required, that's racism in practice. Those days are over.
