I was just stating a fact and he looked at it through partisan lenses and reflected it on me as somehow "racist."

Im not going to deny it exists, I dont believe it exists in this instance involving Holder. The policy he implemented should involve impeachment, I wouldnt care whether he was purple, I care about what he did. His claims that racism is the motivator for the investigation is not only a blatant use of the race card its a blatant attempt to garner support from areas such as the CBC and the media to deflect attention away from the policy.

Does it matter what color skin he has if he had advance knowledge about an operation that allowed hundreds of guns to go over to Mexico and cause crime to hit gigantic proportions and cause the deaths of US and Mexican citizens? Lets see... Blacks make up 13% of the US population with Hispanics making up around 16.3%. Whites make up close to 70% of the US population. So even though I don't think race should be a factor in deciding who goes to school, if it did not the minority's would have little to no chance of getting into a college, period. What you are advocating (by accident) is basically a return to the Jim Crow era segregation.

Yes, OC, I was referring to racism in general because the thread got derailed somewhat, I wasn't referring specifically to the OP.

Otherwise, I agree with some of what you said, but my response to things like "Fast and Furious" is "I'm sorry someone died, but **** happens." That's probably a view you disagree with, but this is best saved for a different thread.
