what a crock of ****.

Deal helps House Democrats avoid battle; Pelosi will be minority leader - latimes.com

House Democrats, already hurting from their election shellacking, have averted a potentially ugly leadership fight.

Speaker Nancy Pelosi of San Francisco helped broker an agreement that paves the way for her to remain Democratic leader and for the party's No. 2 and No. 3 ranking members to retain those positions in the new minority leadership. Steny H. Hoyer of Maryland, the current majority leader, will become minority whip, and James E. Clyburn of South Carolina, now majority whip, will assume the newly created position of assistant leader.

While I don't think Pelosi has done anything wrong, Conservatives have successfully made her a target and I think it would be better to get a fresh face.

Talk about the evil eye! This witch has ugly ones too. Looks like she'll have to go back to her broom to get back a forth from San Franfreako to the District of Criminals.

No surprise the Dims ignored the people who give the, (WWOTW) Wicked Witch Of The West a 6% approval rating the job, they have a well known history of ignoring the people. Now even their own because Liberals make up almost 20% of the Registered voters so very few of them must approve of the WWOTW.
Waht puzzles me is there is no our cry to have a serious criminal investigation into Reids reelection since it was the only one to go against the pre-election polls as well as the exit polls. That and the wide spread reports of machine problems. I don't get it.

Seems they might have been able to get rid of two Reids with one really good investigation since chances are SEIU and Reid's son were most likely the crooks who fixed the votes.

What's wrong with this? The dems made a decision to modify their internal power structure to avoid a fight. Probably a good move on their part.

As long as this newly created position doesn't cost the tax payers any extra money for the cost of increased transportation and security that comes with the minority leader and minority whip positions, then I have no problem with it. If it does, then this is extremely wrong.

Ugh..how can anyone say it is ok to allow someone in a high profile leadership role during a complete arse kicking to go into another leadership role in the future. That's just stupid.
