People who had jobs and were making money, and small business owners know where and how their bread is made and buttered.

I know one guy who has started and failed at business at least 9 times. Yet he keeps trying. I figure one day he will get it right. He has enough experience getting it wrong. Never underestimate the power of hope and dreams.

We are not really ever doomed if the dummies get into office. We Americans tend to succeed despite the morons trying to "help" us. I think a great campaign slogan would be "Stop helping me!?!"

I personally think the inner cities are ripe for the taking by people who can articulate what it is to be poor and provide a clear roadmap on how to get out of it. While this forum does not change anything politically, it does show how white and mostly older partisans on both sides think - what their values are.

There are now 22,000,000 people who have lost their jobs. Before this began, it was known the 70% of Americans do not have even $1000 and 50% do not have $500. Many to most of those actually have less than $0 if you count their credit card debts.

20,000,000 Americans who can not pay their mortgage or rent.
20,000,000 Americans who can not pay their car loans
20,000,000 Americans who can not have their car or home repaired if anything breaks.
20,000,000 Americans whose credit is being destroyed.
20,000,000 Americans with no income and increasingly with $0.
20,000,000 Americans summarily under house arrest - threatened with fines and jail.
200,000,000 Americans who can not visit or check on their relatives and friends.
200,000,000 Americans ordered indefinitely to have no social life whatsoever.

Small businesses are being destroyed - increasingly permanently - businesses that meant a comfortable retirement, a decent income until then and providing more jobs than the mega billion dollar international corporations - with most Democrats sneering and ridiculing them for daring to complain or even question this. Aren't they watching the 24/7 media coverage by the television companies totally owned and controlled by the wealthiest people on earth making trillions for this? There lives are being obliterated and middle class wealth added to the astronomical wealth of the super rich is for their own good.

In this, increasingly, are Americans who have no food - reducing them to beggars - but are even outlawed standing on a corner begging for coins. Even when - if ever - this ends, nothing will replace what they lost. The paychecks will not cover paying for what they had to pay so they are broke and lose everything anyway - and millions and millions of lives continue to be increasingly obliterated - losing everything - even that they may have worked their whole lives for.

To this, virtually no Democrat on the forum has shown any concern or compassion whatsoever. To any desperate for this to stop - to stop their lives and futures being irreparable damages is to say "**** off, you are just greedy evil people who want people to die. Why? because most are on fixed income so what the hell do they care? There is an outside chance they could get infected and then an outside chance they could die. But rather than they then just staying in their house and ordered whatever they need online and food by delivery? NO, they want to go to the grocery store. They want to get out. And since that's what THEY want? Then to hell with anyone else's suffering.

A $1200 deposit into some of their bank accounts does not save them economically. It does not restore their lives.

What we have learned is that most Democrats do not care one iota about the poor and poverty. For political purposes they say they care - but actually they don't give a damn about anyone at all but themselves.

Are their Republicans and Independents who feel that way? Certainly. BUT the ONLY compassion and concern I see for the massive and unprecedented economic destruction to tens of millions of Americans suffering from 100% lose of income is to sneer at them in the most hateful ways.
