Bush was an idiot too. It was Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfield, and Karl Rove handling him that did most of the damage.

And right now it's the Koch Brothers, Robert and Rebekkah Mercer, Sheldon Adelson, Foster Friess, Steve Bannon, Roger Stone, and the entire
"Freedom Caucus" cabal of House and Senate Republicans. But the point I was getting at is, there's always a team backing any tyrant but team or no team, it doesn't change the fact that Adolf Hitler was intellectually curious, had a military background, and was highly educated.

Trump has none of those things. He was a below average student, he's a chickenhawk who never served and he lacks even the slightest intellectual curiosity about anything. His narcissism extends so far into his daily decision-making process that he is convinced, on a cellular level, that "if he doesn't know something, it is unknowable to anyone else."

This informs to a pretty large degree the kind of damage that can be done more than the amount of it. We're not arguing that he's harmless.
But we are not looking at a singular cult of personality here. Trump is the symptom of a larger malaise and a larger danger. Had Adolf Hitler disappeared, or been assassinated, or removed from office some other way, it would have drastically changed the course of events.
I am convinced that getting rid of Trump only changes things in the short term, because the people behind him have very durable long term ideas and plans, plans which are of a generational nature.

I'm sure Wonka doesn't believe it but most if not all liberals share the same rage as the SJW's.
The difference is, too many of us have either seen that rage misdirected or they've watched others walk away.
The powerful people in this world use rage as a focused weapon, they don't elevate their own blood pressure.

They showed out of context pictures of that Hogg kid with his fist in the air trying to portray him as some kind of Stalin like figure. They claim that after a tragedy is the wrong time to discuss guns because we're not thinking rationally, and we need to greave first. The same **** heads who couldn't wait for the dust to settle on 9/11 before they were starting their second war in the middle east overthrowing a regime that had nothing to do with 9/11.

They don't care how you protest. Colin Kaepernick quietly took a knee. He wasn't violent. He didn't make a big scene out of it. The right just twisted his message and made it about soldiers. If we cater our protests to be convenient and out of sight for the people who need to see it we may as well not even bother. It has to be in your face, or it doesn't spark a conversation at all.

You think I can't know history cause I'm younger than you, well I've got some bad news for you there's a lot of **** that people from that time period don't seem to know anything about because at the time there was like 3 major news sources and it was incredibly easy to cover **** up.
