Interesting that Obama and Biden could deport more of them without creating such a crisis.
And with Noem there to say they are there to overthrow the government, questions should arise.
in Russia.Being aggressive at a press conference will likely get your ass handed to you.
Huh? I am maybe disagreeing with what happens in the fall because taco tends to taco.Perhaps your opinion doesn't matter.
If all you got is a criticism of my writing you're posts are not worth my time \
Good bye.
Get your attention fix somewhere else
He wanted answers, which he had previously asked the Administration but had not received. He simply wanted a confrontation. He got it.
Her security detail. That she didn't stop the men from manhandling the Senator, tackling him to the ground and handcuffing him is on her.So he can barge in and interrupt her... that is common decency and fine... but she is the unprofessional rude one by continuing with her speech while he is fighting police? Double Standard Partisan "logic", anybody?
MAGA had nothing to do with it.He wanted answers, which he had previously asked the Administration but had not received.
Manhandling him, tackling him to the ground, and handcuffing him was not appropriate. And it sure as hell shouldn't be acceptable, even to MAGA.

This is all so repetitious. The guy wanted an answer to a question. The guy felt entitled to disrupt a press conference to ask his question. And yet, at his own press conference afterwards he refused to take questions. The guy is no king. He's just a hypocritical senator who provoked a spectacle.

This is what I questioned:1,032
Where did I state that MAGA had anything to do with noem's allowing her security detail to manhandle, tackle to the ground, and handcuff a US Senator from California who asked a question during her presser?
Her security detail. She likely heard the question. She likely heard the 3-4 guys' attacking the Senator as they tackled him to the floor and handcuffed him. She likely heard him announce who he is.She was speaking. She had lights in her face. Ever given a speech?
A bunch of guys in the audience are kinda shoving each other. You think she could tell exactly what was happening? Even if she did, so what? She was speaking. HE is responsible for physically resisting. HE could have, he should have, just waited. But you want to blame a calm speaker and condone a disruptive person in the audience.
This is actually a head scratcher... the absolute refusal to just admit that he got it wrong.
If a child is speaking and another kid interrupts them in class, the teacher stops the disruptive kid. This seems like a no brainer... every parent understand this... but not you and not a few others... you want the bully to be able to bully and if he can't, you are upset about it? ****ing Weird.
.
This is America. The guy wanted an answer to a question. The guy felt entitled to disrupt a press conference to ask his question.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. This is America.
As an American he is indeed entitled to disrupt a press conference to ask a question of a government rep.
When did you lose your patriotism?

Post #1,035I want answers!! RIGHT NOW!!
ANSWER MY QUESTION. Stop eating... ANSWER ME!!!
Seem reasonable?
This was not a public event where civil disobedience was tolerated. Even at a public event disruptors frequently get the boot out of there. My patriotism? Geez, that was a sophomoric burn. This is America.

And so Padilla sought to deny Noem her freedom of speech by disrupting her speech? Ok. I buy that.Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Noem was acting as a government agent. People can question her. It isn't illegal to interrupt her asking a question, especially as you are being manhandled and dragged away for daring approach to ask a question. And so Padilla sought to deny Noem her freedom of speech by disrupting her speech? Ok. I buy that.

That's right. Because the press conference was not open to the public. Why can Padilla expect to ask a question when at his own press conference outside the federal building he refuses to take them?1,041
?????
What "civil disobedience"? There was none on the part of the Senator from California who was seeking to gather information at the presser - where people ask questions.
Sure itvwas. It was avpress event with a hiv rep. This was not a public event where civil disobedience was tolerated.
What happened to the patriotism on the rigjt.Even at a public event disruptors frequently get the boot out of there. My patriotism? Geez, that was a sophomoric burn.
Did you fail high school civics? And so Padilla sought to deny Noem her freedom of speech by disrupting her speech? Ok. I buy that.
Re: (See this on zerohedge or fox?)Post #1,043
Nah. Those giving pressers are interrupted. These interruptions are not "denying free speech rights".
(See this on zerohedge or fox?)
Dud you fail high school civics.
If ever you have an opportunity to attend a press conference or any event inside a secure federal building, go ahead, stand up, move toward the speaker and see what happens. I don't care who the official is or their party affiliation. You just try it.Noem was acting as a government agent. People can question her. It isn't illegal to interrupt her asking a question, especially as you are being manhandled and dragged away for daring approach to ask a question.
