Democratic Sen. Alex Padilla is forcefully removed from Noem’s news conference and handcuffed

Security officers are not law enforcement. Not even secret service. Unless he was forging money. Was he forging money?

A cop, an FBI Agent... and you say he is trembling in fear or "strangers". LOL

This is where you've abandoned your argument and admitted defeat.

I already accepted your defeat... no take backs, spun around three times fast!

I win!

LOL

Spare us the bullshit. You act like everyone hasn't seen the video.

That is the point. People see the video and then lie about what is on it.

Thank you for the Assist.

:)

When you stopped arguing the argument and focused on me, you accepted defeat.

So they did know who he was. Hmm.

Good catch.

These same security guys, who had let him enter the room, within seconds - after he asked a question - decided to tackle the US Senator, to throw him to the ground, and to handcuff him.

Again, this makes no sense.

So, the public is not allowed to ask questions of a member of the Federal Government? Wow, that's an inversion of the concept of free speech.....

It wasn’t “the public” it was reporters. Not anyone was allowed in to a press conference. He was aggressive and posed a security threat and removed.

You focused on me first... but you must be spinning at this point. Sit down before you fall over... please. Safety first during a debate.

Maybe. Maybe not. Do you know that his FBI escort told the protective detail Padillo's senatorial rank? No. You do not. For all any of us know they saw him as a potential threat.

Nah. Go ahead and find the crime he committed and get back to me. Be sure to cite USC or whatever.

Or they didn't want him asking questions.

The same guys? Doubtful. A security detail is not going to escort someone to the room if they are already guarding someone.

Yet the Senator was allowed into the press conference.

Funny that security didn't see him as a threat.

Funny that within seconds, after he had asked a question, the same security guys threw him to the ground and handcuffed him.

You realize that this makes no sense?

I didn't say "escort" him. I said allowed him to enter the room.

Funny that security didn't see him as a threat at that point.

Resisting being tackled by 3-4 men? I'd resist, too, i

More lies. He was merely being lightly pushed backwards, initially and he was never tackled... he was told to get down and he eventually did.

f I entered a presser and asked a question, then was jumped by a group of men who manhandled me, tackled me to the floor, and wouldn't stop attacking me.

That is fine. You have resported to just plain old lying. Weak... but you do that from time to time. Not a total shocker.

Yet noem's security detail allowed him to enter the room.

That indicates the security detail didn't "see him as a potential threat".....right?

He was tackled. He ended up on the floor. He was handcuffed. AND this was done by the guys who had, seconds earlier, allowed him to enter the room!

All because he asked a question at a - wait for it - a press conference.

Nah. Go ahead and find the crime he committed and get back to me. Be sure to cite USC or whatever.

Show why a crime matters first...

Do you think he got into the building, let alone the room, without going through a metal detector and personal screening? I don't. It's part of what makes these excuses so pathetic.

What was he going to do, shout her to death?

Because the US Senator, whom security had allowed to enter the room, was, within seconds, tackled to the floor and handcuffed, by the same security team.

If they put hands on him without reasonable articulable suspicion of a crime, that is the crime of battery, even if they're law enforcement agents. Yes, qualified immunity will protect them most of the time, but so what. We know what happened.
