Many of my neighbours are ex South African.
They are very hardworking people. In SA, there was no state pension fund worth collecting. Minimum unemployment benefits. If you didn't work, you starved.

The problem is if you’re a professional farmer it’s no longer easy to break into that business. Honestly if you’re a farmer used to living in a poorer country, Russia was at one point offering Asylum to SA whites. I don’t know how easy it is to get land or a management job, but my guess is if you have the Dutch green thumb and a good work ethic you can rapidly get status in a poorer country faster then you can in a wealthy one where all the social niches are filled.I am especially concerned about the farmers who are being murdered so that other farmers leave and then their farms can be confiscated.
