Because it was evident to the police, the judge, and everyone besides MAGA that Big Balls ****ing started it. He (like most MAGA) started harassing a girl and got his ****ing ass whooped.

I admit I haven't followed this case closely, so I may have missed it, but where's the evidence this attack was politically motivated?
