Day 5 testimony [W:334, 619]

Because the evidence says that he was already in attack. That is why.

It also says his attack may have commenced right at the moment Z went for his phone.

Assumption on your part.

No.. George told Serino that he might get stitches n the 28th.. Its recorded in the SPD interview of the 27th..

You don't get it .. George is a liar and malingerer.

Grasping at straws much?

Which part of that is not fact?

Fact: he told police he needed stitches and quoted Ms. Fulgate.

Fact: she just testified that he needed no stitches.

No it doesn't!
The evidence says approached yelling, in a hasty manner (he was there and then he was here), and when he got to where Zimmerman was, immediately struck him.

"Doesn't have to be bandaged"

Nope...George goes thru this whole scenario of reaching for his phone in his jacket pocket and his pants pocket. ... BEFORE he claims TM punched him.

You are making an assumption that it is a lie. That is your failure.
He very well could be mistaken.
But of course you don't understand that. Nor do you seem to understand that she may as well be mistaken.

Your interpretation.

The evidence doesn't preclude mine.

No sharon he doesn't.
He states he reached into his front pants pocket, not his jacket. Learn the evidence.
From the time he looked down at his pocket to the the time he looked up, who had yelled in his approach, had traversed the distance and struck him upon arrival.

Okay...so....he's guilty of murder? I don't really see your point.

I was amazed at the speed of his heart rate. Mine is elevated, but not nearly as high as his was. 110, I think I heard?

From my knowledge, the less healthy you are, and fatter you are, the higher it is.
So 110 would not be out of line.
