Confederate Statues Were Built To Further A 'White Supremacist Future'

No combat? So it's like the movie Jarhead, eh?

I'd rather be on my way to the 82nd when it ended than a mechanic in country. The 82nd didn't see anything in Gulf 1 the 8 months they were deployed anyway. Missed it. What can I do? Used the college money.

I'm having flashbacks from grad school in socialist Europe. Yeah, geography, Americana. Got it. I mean US citizens. When the State left, that was over. They knew it. Buh bye.

Who taught you that, Hamas or Al Q? Maybe Iran.

What about them?

State? More like 11 states.

2nd: i wouldn't be taught something by the enemy.

3rd: If Confederate statues intimidate a minority, why don't we tear down the White House and the Washington Monument because he was a slave owning freemason that slaughtered hundreds of Natives, eh?

tbh i'd do the same thing.

It's not about owning slaves, being built by slaves or racism. It's about leaving the US and taking arms against the US for slavery. It's yesterday's ISIS.

Elaborate how you compare Secessionism to Islamic Terrorism.

I thought a second ago it wasn't about slavery?

Taking arms against the British Empire.

Hah, suddenly America is a treacherous nation.

That's so intellectually unsatisfying, I'm tempted to call 'kiddo'. You can't be serious. Treason against a king is not the same as treason for a king.

"treason FOR a king"

Elaborate.

In the purpose of the ownership of people. A denial of freedom, The Enlightenment, Western values, The Constitution, equality under the law.

George Washington killed more natives and enslaved more blacks than Donald Trump in the Liberal fantasy world. The first congress of the United States, explicitly tells that "Free white men" can come into the country.

The Trump thing, what? Nevermind, I don't even wanna know. It tells that? Well, then, that there's what they done said. What does that mean?

That would mean that if you're gonna use the constitution as a source, use it correctly my friend, because the first act also falls within the U.S. laws.
Washington was a slave owner.

ALSO: the 2nd amendment states that people may take up arms and fight against a government they dislike.

Also the Trump thing was a joke regarding the leftist views of him as a nazi.

I'm pretty sure the socially natural right to self defense is against slavery not for it. Maybe I read it wrong.

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
Whilst i do not believe it was for slavery, lets assume it is, you ever heard of state's rights?

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

I'll translate:

The (fire)arms of infantry are self defense and shall not be infringed.

Confederates were not Americans. They were foreign terrorists, might as well have been pushing ISIS crap and enslaving women; slavery anyway. They were defeated because they were scum and they shouldn't be showing their disgusting faces around town. I wouldn't blame a family for changing their name, especially if they're patriotic.

Again nice try.Confederates were citizens before they split into the confederate states of America and were citizens after the war was over. Trying to compare them to ISIS is idiotic. ISIS is a terrorist organization. The Confederates were not.

And Washington did the same thing, for the same reasons, against the British. Only difference is, he won.

I don't see the comparison. How was it the same thing?

Obviously England's quest was to control America, which they had done very little, or nothing, to earn it. Was the Founder only worried about protecting their personal holdings?

Did Washington only take on his task to keep his slaves busy building his wealth, which was close to being the level of Bill Gates of his day? After all, King George was a piece of everything.

Well armed militia is mostly why i quoted that.

The reason for the civil war was that Lincoln was a terrible president.
He censored people and deported critics.
He described blacks as monkeys and advocated ethnic cleansing.
The reason slavery was abolished had more to do with economics than morality.
Probably not more than 10% of the Northern whites were abolitionists.
So saying that the war was about slavery is only a quarter true.

Wow. Bonkers. Look up the word Treason in the Constitution.

Before and after, sure. Not during. Not when they were killing Americans.

Fighting for slavery, see earlier in thread.

Neither did the White American pioneers have anything to do with it???
