Judicial Watch has succeeded in forcing an investigation into the Clinton email fiasco. The case is currently in court and being delayed by the government shutdown, but it will be heard and Hillary and others will quite likely be forced to testify under oath, in spite of years of successful resistance from Obamanite democrat officials to keep that from happening.

Comey and other officials, including Strzok, found out about missing Clinton emails on Anthony Weiner's computer late in 2016. Although they sat on the find for 30 days without examining more than 3,077 of the more than 300,000 emails, Comey knew he had to report the find before the election in order to avoid the risk of being discovered that he refused to come forward with it as soon as he discovered it, even though it did damage to Hillary's campaign.

Perhaps in this upcoming case we can get a peek at some of the tens of thousands of emails Hillary said were accidentally lost, thus avoiding a congressional subpoena for them to be produced.

that is good new, While at it we can also go and investigate Benghazi and then on to Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky, and who can forget Carter's debacles on Iran hostage rescue, and then Truman and I know Roosevelt did some shady stuff, so definitely needs to be investigated.

This is two-tiered justice at its most obvious. Biased politicos defend Hillary and democrats from every possible investigation into unanswered issues regarding their past questionable activities which have been fully exposed to the public yet without having ever been successfully investigated and adjudicated without having been shut down by democrat obstruction. And the same biased politicos want Trump investigated for years if that is what it takes for biased investigators to finally come up with something they might possibly be able to use to impeach him as several of those politicos involved have admitted is their goal.

Hillary's crime was dismissed by biased Obama officials, particularly Comey, Strzok, Lynch and others, while the same biased officials took a democrat work of fiction to court to begin an illegal investigation of Trump that key officials involved declared was designed to ruin him. They knew the basis for the investigation was a sham and they openly declared their intention of finding him guilty of the crime they were falsely accusing him of even before they began their investigation. Comey even broke the law and leaked government secrets to a friend to give to the media for the expressed purpose of instigating the corrupt investigation of Trump.

America has every right to bow its head in shame for allowing such wicked perversions of justice to continue unabated under the forceful direction of democrats seeking to take over the US government for their own wicked selves to do their own wicked will over the poor people they pretend to be interested in serving.

Democrats stopped many investigations into the Clinton scandals and democrats obstructed the Clinton investigation being conducted by Judicial Watch, but the court has finally ruled that Judicial Watch has a right to pursue its case. Just because it took so long for the courts to vindicate Judicial Watch's case does not mean Hillary's crimes have miraculously turned into vapor and Judicial Watch can no longer be vindicated by court judgment and can finally proceed with its years long ongoing, never before resolved case.

You can joke about investigations of democrat corruption all you like but the unresolved case is still going forward because the court has vindicated Judicial Watch's claims in court, regardless of what anyone things about Larry Klayman.


What people should know is that it is a shame and an embarrassment for democrats to demonize conservatives wanting equal justice for all under the law and to demonize the US President for being accused by democrats of having committed some crime for which there is untainted evidence he ever committed. There is evidence that partisans in the Obama administration took a democrat work of fiction fake spy novel and deliberately used it (knowing it was fake) to instigate an endless investigation of Trump.
