Judicial Watch has succeeded in forcing an investigation into the Clinton email fiasco. The case is currently in court and being delayed by the government shutdown, but it will be heard and Hillary and others will quite likely be forced to testify under oath, in spite of years of successful resistance from Obamanite democrat officials to keep that from happening.
Comey and other officials, including Strzok, found out about missing Clinton emails on Anthony Weiner's computer late in 2016. Although they sat on the find for 30 days without examining more than 3,077 of the more than 300,000 emails, Comey knew he had to report the find before the election in order to avoid the risk of being discovered that he refused to come forward with it as soon as he discovered it, even though it did damage to Hillary's campaign.
Perhaps in this upcoming case we can get a peek at some of the tens of thousands of emails Hillary said were accidentally lost, thus avoiding a congressional subpoena for them to be produced.
