The case is currently in court and being delayed by the government shutdown, but it will be heard and Hillary and others will quite likely be forced to testify under oath, in spite of years of successful resistance from Obamanite democrat officials to keep that from happening.

Although they sat on the find for 30 days without examining more than 3,077 of the more than 300,000 emails, Comey knew he had to report the find before the election in order to avoid the risk of being discovered that he refused to come forward with it as soon as he discovered it, even though it did damage to Hillary's campaign.

Perhaps in this upcoming case we can get a peek at some of the tens of thousands of emails Hillary said were accidentally lost, thus avoiding a congressional subpoena for them to be produced.

While we are waiting years for Mueller to finish his search for something against Trump we might as well show the same interest in finally getting the Clinton email and Benghazi scandal worked out in court as well. Democrats stopped many investigations into the Clinton scandals and democrats obstructed the Clinton investigation being conducted by Judicial Watch, but the court has finally ruled that Judicial Watch has a right to pursue its case. Just because it took so long for the courts to vindicate Judicial Watch's case does not mean Hillary's crimes have miraculously turned into vapor and Judicial Watch can no longer be vindicated by court judgment and can finally proceed with its years long ongoing, never before resolved case.

Benghazi had nine investigations it was a dead end. In fact they knew they wouldn't find anything (except the emails) but it had a different purpose: to turn people off her ahead of the election. they knew she was likely to run. Job done, they lost interest.

Now they need another distraction to deflect from Trump's mounting legal woes, but it will only play to his base, who have already made up their minds on her. Nobody else cares about Clinton anymore because they don't have to weigh whether to vote for her. So good luck to them, but this is both a red herring and a dead end.

But maybe they should run it through congress. However if all they have on Clinton is the emails that is tiny compared to what they're investigating Trump for. The results will likely reflect that if both are found 'guilty'.

I should have said that Obamanites in the FBI agreed among themselves before ever beginning the investigation to clear their witch of of any wrongdoing, so that is why the FBI never interrogated Hillary under oath. They interrogated Flynn in Trump Tower after telling him it was not an official interview and he was later convicted of lying to the FBI in a fuzzy way that not even all FBI agents agreed was proper.

There is one system of injustice in the new Obamanite tradition for handling democrat crimes and a different system of injustice involving falsely accusing republicans of crimes they did not even commit.

The Trump admin could have convened a grand jury at any time to seek indictment. I understand you made an "if-then" statement, but I don't know that one needs to go any farther than the simple fact that Trump never ordered Sessions to convene a grand jury to consider indictment, that Sessions did not do it on his own, and if they did but it was entirely secret a grand jury refused to go along with it.

Case close as far as I'm concerned.
