From what I've read, there's probably an element of truth to this. Russia couldn't have done it if the DNC members didn't write those emails in the first place though, so I don't have too much sympathy.

let's say it's even true. That somehow Russia is involved with the DNC hack. It doesn't distract from the fact that THEY DID IT. They tried to sink Sander's campaign to give the nomination to Hillary. If Russia and Trump are teamed up (like Trump is a team player), the DNC still conspired against Sanders.

I agree with the HRC campaign that Russia would be more sympathetic to a Trump prez and they might have a motive here.

I also think it has jack **** to do with the fact that they're the ones who corrupted a democratic process in the first place.

Regardless of the truth, the Russian allegations do feed into the narrative that Trump gutted the GOP anti-Russia facets of the new GOP platform (after they had been consistently anti-Russian for decades!).

Quite honestly from a strategic POV, if I were HRC I'd nail him on this incessantly, alluding to a Putin/Trump alliance and new World Order! :mrgreen:

I agree. Perhaps it doesn't matter to Putin who gets elected president here, but if he does have a preference it wouldn't surprise me if he did what he could to get the outcome he preferred.

So, for you low information voters out there, this is something they just made up. They have no evidence at all that that's what happened.

This is a severe problem for the Democrats, it makes them look very bad and untrustworthy (because they are). And they are already proving this to be true by coming out and lying, which is their go to move. Benghazi, Obamacare, the IRS, etc...
