Chuck Schumer pushes body armor crackdown after mass shootings

You support criminals having access to body armor. And you so high on cracking down on criminals.
North Hollywood shootout - Wikipedia

Wearing body armor on the street, in my mind, is the equivalent of shouting fire in a movie theater. I see a person on the street wearing body armor and how can I help but think this person is on their way to kill people? You want body armor, fine wear it in your home.

Do you have the same reaction when you see someone wearing a seatbelt? :lamo

Hmm... yet many LEOs wear it as a matter of routine.

I support law abiding people having access to body armor. Don't you?

He doesn't want to deny law abiding people access to body armor. He wants to REGULATE the sales of body armor. Just like how they regulate the sales of guns, in which you have no problem with.

Wearing a seatbelt while walking around? I'd think he's nuts. :lamo

You're high-lighting Schumer's stupidity. :lamo

If someone feels they need it, they should be able to get it. What do you care if they do?

I'm asking YOU. And I don't care if people wear body armors. Maybe they'll use it for running so they'll lose weight fast since it's heavy and hot.

Dude, thank you so much for the really good out loud laugh. No, but I do tend to freak out when I see someone on a bicycle wearing a helmet.

Especially those with dildos mounted on their helmets.
