Christine O'Donnell: 'I Dabbled in Witchcraft'

one would have to question the intelligence of somebody who dabbled in witchcraft.

eh. I'm far more worried about someone who thinks that masturbation = adultery. I've said it before and I'll say it again, social conservatism is antithetical to limited government.

I hope she realizes that every male supporter she shakes hands with that that hand probably......oh, never mind.

WOW. Well liberals cant say a thing! A pagan earther with worldly religious freedom practices to her credit. Hey they got transgender candidates. Now us tea partiers got a witch ( How cool is that). A hot one to!
Damn where else ;but American Politics. K then on to the making of a- teapartynation- November 2010.

Didn't require much digging. I read an article in the Weekly Standard (the Weekly Standard for God's sake!) which told the whole story about O'Donnell.

If she's elected, it will be only because of the 'R,' and the mindless excitement, and a lot of nose pinching at the polls.

What I'm saying is Delaware could have had a better candidate for Senate, instead of this baggage-laden one.

HAAAH! I remember 'vetting' - such a slipper eel vetting is.

i know, chris coons is a catastrophe

all that questioning america, its role, its legacy, its traditions, its values, its heart, its head, its very definition

it's positively bizarre

it's not the R that appeals, it's the anti O

mr castle, by the way, could not have been quite the candidate he was considered to be, being beaten in an R PRIMARY by a witch, and all

think about it

he's 71 years old, not helpful in these times

america wants young, america wants fresh, america wants new

ALL NEW

do you look at voter turnout?

Yeah, the Republicans turned out, the Democrats didn't. That may be different by general election time, though.

HAAAH! I remember 'vetting' - such a slipper eel vetting is.

But, if its actually done it works pretty well. I'm sure Palin and the Tea Party didn't study her history closely. They just backed the person who said the right things.

no real reason to think so

politics, like physics

a moving body unless acted upon by an outside force...

She screwed up. She cited that she was overbooked and exhaused. Damn! I hope she doesn't pull crap like that often.

Just makes me wonder how strong she really is.

Tex - Why did 57 million voters serenely ignore Obama’s past (and quite alarming promises) and voted him in office?

Yeah but the Republicans were saying Obama didn't have enough experience and had a checkered past and shouldn't be elected. So they'll react the same way to O'Donnell, right?

Just makes me wonder how strong she really is.

I've been thinking..well maybe been thinking up excuses for her

But the ones she has to win over are in Deleware. If it was a choice between national television and the Republican event (events) in Deleware, maybe she made the right choice. She has to put the state first. Still, I hope they get more organized and don't mess up like this again.

republicans react to ms odonnell the same as they do to O?

what tv are you watching?

If they care about experience and ethics, that would be just as important in any election for any candidate, even theirs, wouldn't it?

Rhetorical.

I'm pretty sure it's not a matter of "organization".
She doesn't want to be publicly made to expand upon these ridiculous statements she's made.
But it's going to come to that eventually, unless she gives up right now.
At the very least, the Christians in her base are troubled by the witchcraft statements and want a fuller accounting.
I myself am troubled by two parts: "there was a little blood", and "I know what they told me to do".

Not that I believe her at all, really; I'm pretty sure she's made the entire story up in some strange bid for attention or notoriety, but on the off chance it's true, I want to know whose blood she's referring to, and what "they told her to do".
Was there illegal activity going on, as she's coyly hinted?
Even if she didn't participate, she needs to answer for her self-described involvement.
Simply minimizing it by saying "I never joined a coven, I just dabbled" doesn't really resolve everything, for me. I'd like more of an explanation about her "blood" statement.

If I feel that way, I can only imagine how her constituents feel.

Wow. The teaparty has a witch and, a hot one .That shows they are tolerant and accepting of other religions. starts to make us like , libertarian lite.

There sure to seems to be a lot of clairvoyant psychics on this site who can read tea leaves or what ever and read things into other peoples thoughts or intentions.

But then it's easy to do when don't have any idea what the hell your talking about.

There is just about no one but the far Lefties who are going to pay any real attention to the Witch nonsense that took place when she was no more than 17 and it really wasn't even dabbling.

As for canceling the TV shows she should never have agreed to go on any of the Lame stream shows because she will only be mistreated and attacked.

She does seem to be able to handle herself okay though.

Okay, that's several people who have called O'Donnell hot. She is not hot. She has a pretty face, but...

Its a butter-face situation. She is very heavy, you know.

(This may seem a little sexist, but its what I see. In fairness, Mike Huckabee is fat too)

Correction, a "butter face" would be a good body/ugly face.
"Everything looks good but her face". Get it?

She's the opposite of a butter face; she's a butterbody.

However, I don't think her face is pretty, either. Cute, perhaps. Like a puppy is cute.
Aesthetically, I have rather high standards.

More like ignorance and bad eye site.

Damn! I screwed that up. I know the term and still got it wrong.

Okay, butterbody works.
