China's CCP warns Elon Musk against sharing Wuhan lab leak report

Which he worked for trump. So trump and his supporters are all traitors and criminals deserving of being jailed and deported Lock them up, lock them up. Trumps supporters are all pieces of shit, ironic.
Thanks for admitting you support Trump. Good job.

Our constitutional rights transfer to other countries? weird.
Americans have a constitutional right to accountability from their own govt, including the reports it produces on major health crises.

Libs yesterday: COVID is of maximum importance! Shut down economy! Lockdowns for everyone! Vaccinate or be fired!
Libs today: (yawn) COVID? What's that? Bah, don't care about no reports on COVID, whatever that is. Why worry about where it came from?

🙄

Yes, and Americans are sooooo patient in the mean time.
Well that’s just silly.
Yeah but sometimes you have to take the painful right over the easy wrong.

He won't. Business people care about business, and China is a massive market that represents a lot of potential growth for those looking to expand their profit share. Clearly to most companies that do business there, modifying their free speech values are outweighed by their financial ones.

If they choose to do business there, then they've made that choice knowingly.

Who should that be, and does another nation have a right to dictate that for another? Clearly that's US policy, but it's a "might makes right" model that is always going to face a challenge.

Japan and other Asian and Oceania nations.

I think China allows Tesla to do business because Musk is just as authoritarian-minded as the CCP is, and also because they probably want to steal any advantages he has and help their own state-supported Chinese brands. Chinese brands will win in the end, and it wouldn't surprise me if they just tell him to GTFO without any warning one day, once they decide they don't need or want him.

No. Elon Musk doesn’t live in China. He lives in Texas—the land of Angus cattle, West Texas Intermediate Crude, and big opinions on everything under a Midland summer sun. But going forward he’ll need to shut up on topics depicting China in a negative light if he wants to continue doing business there unfettered. While it’s not an official surrender of his right of free speech, it might as well be.
Anything like, 'we know Saddam has WMD'? Free speech or blatant lies?

But the United States is a good country.

China is a bad country.
I hope this is sarcasm, or should I remind you of all the wars the US has started, unprovoked, the bombing of innocent nations in pursuit of geo-political hegemony, the overthrow of legitimate democracies in pursuit of oil, the support, arming and financing of terrorists? Compared with the most belligerent and aggressive nation on the planet, the USA, China appears positively saint-like.

Thanks for admitting you support Trump. Good job.
Good job avoiding the ****ing point. Trump is an ignorant and unapologetic crook, utterly unsuited to any role requiring leadership, period. I wouldn't trust him to run a hot dog stand.

Nah, he just marches to his own drummer -- which is precisely why the NeoCons see him as a threat. Trump's arrival thwarted their attempt to re-take the whitehouse through Jeb, which has them embittered and furious. That's why Liz Cheney and Mitt Romney both never miss an opportunity to bash Trump.

Trump was useless; not to mention a thief, fraudster, racist, pervert and a pathological liar. Why wouldn't he be bashed-especially when masquerading as a national 'leader' and failing spectacularly (I use the term 'leader' advisedly). He has no redeeming qualities whatsoever.

Not many...
There's been more since that article; a bunch of people were let go just this week. The bulk have been on the administrative side (HR, project management, etc.) but things get sketchier when you have just engineers with no one managing the project work.

Wrong, Trump was an anti-leader. NEVER took responsibilitiy for anything bad and it was always someone else's fault. And when he DID take credit for something it was almost ENTIRELY something he had no part in. He was a lousy leader and his supporters are ****ing morons.

"always someone else's fault"

like not responding to Ohio toxic train derailment is not current whitehouse's fault but previous whitehouse's fault

like not shooting down China spy balloons in time is not current whitehouse's fault but previous whitehouse's fault

you name it, and current whitehouse will invoke the name of Trump over it

Except dropping the regulations HAS been shown to be a contributing factor in the derailment. You lied again.

Never saw the White House blame shooting down this balloon on the previous administration so you lied again.

All Trumptards can do is LIE.

Nope, trump and his supporters should all be locked up. They are all pieces of shit. Thank you for agreeing with me that trump and his supporters are pieces of shit.
And yet you keep mentioning him so much, its clear youre infatuated with the orange man. Thanks for letting us know.

LOL another one who loves Trump so much. And from across the pond too. :ROFLMAO:
