Not really, no. The reasons seemed fairly obvious because of the legal issues present in identifying names and potentially opening the government up to defamation lawsuits. The more salient question is why Pam Bondi thought this was a good idea given her legal background. We can expect Trump to not be aware of the ramifications of just releasing names and information that's sealed, but one would have figured Bondi would have been smarter; I guess not.

Of course none of this would be an issue had Trump not promised to reveal all, but sure....Democrats.

I think its a winning issue that the wealthiest should pay their fair share and the tax loopholes for wealth Americans needs to be cut.

People like Donald Trump shouldnt have years where they proudly pay 0 dollars in taxes. Hows that possible? We need to cut out all of these loopholes in the tax laws.
The people who pay the highest proportion of their salaries in income tax are upper middle class. Wealthy Americans pay less, there are just so many loopholes and shady things they can do with their wealth.

Personally I would prefer to move away from an income tax, with a major reduction on income tax, and towards a wealth tax, where wealth is defined as money that is not being used. Its not good for the economy. If its being invested or used anything recently earned (in the last year) should be yours to keep, tax free. but ANything sitting in a bank account just collecting interest for over a year is unused and should be taxed.
