Having made my opinion clear on the employment of police horses in this manner, repeated close review of the video appears to show that the woman and man were not trampled by the horses. Knocked down by them, likely. Trampled? No.

Watching the bit of video, repeatedly, it appears that the horse literally briefly stumbled as it attempts not to step on the woman.

I mean, if someone's going to step in front of a horse, they're going to get trampled. Horses aren't trained to recognize and avoid "stupid truckers."

It was an elderly native woman with a walker -- I don't know how you got the idea she was a trucker. Police don't use horses against trucks, since that wouldn't work out well for the horses.
Police use horses against people who are on foot. If you watch the video, all the protesters are standing together in a crowd, and none of them is in a vehicle.
