Facts will be the furthest thing from this story if the MSM has their way.

it's the liberal media excuse again. It's never your guys fault, it's always the liberal media's fault. If you can't actually blame it on the media, just bitch about it to distract.
BS. Anyone make a charge. If you are found guilty in a court of law, well that's another thing. If you have a sexual allegation charge leveled against you, don't blame your rivals or the media. Blame Yourself! *Tea Party Crowd Claps*
The woman and/or women involved in Cain's past indiscretions should remain invisible, for their own good. One side or another will crucify them just out of spite.
You tell me how a story about a woman 20 years ago, who was seemingly never approached directly by Cain is now some huge scandal?

I really don't give a **** about Cain's sex life. The guy is another unqualified empty suit with a briefcase full of whacked-out, unworkable ideas that for some reason, a gullible percentage of the populace have bought into.
As for the woman who wants to give her side of the story, I urge her to have a heart-to-heart chat with Anita Hill first. What the politicians did to her was criminal. The woman and/or women involved in Cain's past indiscretions should remain invisible, for their own good. One side or another will crucify them just out of spite.
I don't think it is a big huge scandal. However, Cain's past life is news. If you don't want your life examined to this level, you cannot run for office. Sorry, but your liberal media bull**** don't stand up to scrutiny.
Wow the first paragraph could, and was said about Obama....Who did you vote for?

Great, so like I thought this isn't about getting the best people for the job anymore, it is about getting only the candidates which can never be touched by opposition research for their entire lives. When the future studies the decline and fall of this great nation, remember we had a hand in this crap!

Is this what you said about Rev. Wright? Who cares about his past?
Just proves what I already said, if you've already decided to vote for him, nothing will change your mind. If you're looking for the best person for the job, you might want to look past Cain. I don't think he's it. Regardless of this charge and its veracity.
One of the women who accused GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain of sexual harassment wants to tell her side of the story but is barred by a confidentiality agreement, her attorney in Washington said Tuesday.
Lawyer Joel P. Bennett called on the National Restaurant Association, where the woman and Cain worked in the late 1990s, to release the woman from her written promise not to talk about the allegations or disparage the trade group.
It is just frustrating that Herman Cain is going around bad-mouthing the two complainants, and my client is blocked by a confidentiality agreement,” Bennett said. “The National Restaurant Association ought to release them and allow them to respond. ”
Lawyer: Cain accuser wants to talk but is barred by agreement - The Washington Post
Rewind please. Herman Cain just upped and decided one day to "go around bad-mouthing the two complainants"? Really?
So somehow this "news" just "leaked out"? I hope that if this "complainant" truly wants to speak her truth, the National Restaurant Association frees her from her silence. Of course, this freedom will come at a price, and I don't mean the money she'd surely make from selling her story. I mean, her privacy for so long as her Warholian minutes last.
I do hope she comes forward if her truth is factual. If you were harassed, lady, put it out there. But be prepared.

Interesting theory. But Cain didn't sign a confidentiality agreement -- at least according to him.
As to your question. What argument? I'm not going to be voting for Cain. My post seemed pretty neutral to me. Never gave Clinton/Paula Jones a thought. Although now that you mention it, so far, it is hardly the same. Yet.
Now. I have a question for you. Why do posters never fail to point out, "Your guy did it, too?" I thought this was a debate site; not a nanny-nanny-booboo site. Maybe I'm wrong.Nevertheless, nothing partisan at all in my above post. Nor this one. Both sides of the aisle don't seem to know how to keep Harvey in their pants.
This is a high tech lynching along the same lines as the Clarence Thomas hearings. Black men can't get to uppity or do well for themselves and be a conservative. Liberals won't have that. There you go.
Jmac hate to break this to you...but the politico CEO and the reporter who broke the story are not liberals...they are republicans who worked for reagan.

This is nothing like Clinton. He did all that while in office.
Cain's predicament occurred back in the 1990s when, due to Clinton's actions in office resulted in over zealous lawyers were telling women to sue for anything and everything.
Cain's issue has already been settled. Long ago. It has no baring on the 2012 election or the circumstances this country is facing.
Let's get back to the actual issues this country faces. We elected an idiot who was never vetted like Cain is currently being vetted, so let's not act like this thing really matters. It really doesn't.
We got a choice in 2012. Romney and Obama will not turn this country around. Cain is a threat to the establishment, which is why he is under assault by the same old tired crap.
Was the accusation by Paula Jones against Bill Clinton also a high tech lynching? As far as the "uppity black man" argument, race bait much?
Are you for real? It was Clinton's fault that Cain was accused of sexual harrassment? :2rofll:

you must not expect the reich wing conservatives, who insist they espouse personal responsibility, to actually expect ole raisin cain to own up to his own responsibilities
