C.D.C. Contradicts Kennedy and Keeps Advice That Children May Get Covid Shots

What a shit show. USA! USA! USA!

Days after Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced that Covid shots would be removed from the federal immunization schedule for children, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued updated advice that largely counters Mr. Kennedy’s new policy.

That is excellent news. It's downright stupidity to discourage anybody from getting a COVID shot.

So where exactly is the contradiction. The announcement was no longer recommended if healthy and the CDC is saying that you now need to consult with your doctor to see if it's a good idea.
The COVID booster was removed from the CDC schedule for so-called "healthy children" and "healthy pregnant women", but now has been reinstated.

It's a reverse. The CDC disagreed with Kennedy's statements, and now they are trying to amend their statement.

False:

Any decision by a parent to vaccinate their child outside the CDC recommended schedule should be made in consultation with their healthcare provider.

Seems pretty clear.

Agreed
This should be covered by insurance companies (and now it will) so that access to the vaccine isn’t based on whether or not a family can afford the $200 cost. It should be a decision made between the parents and the health care provider.

There are some doctors that discourage, still, people with allergies, certain conditions, and infants less than 6 months old from getting Covid shots...

How stupid are they?

Going back to THAT old, debunked line?

Autistic kids?

Bwwwwaahahahahahahahah

You fall for that flat-earth BS?

Waste of typing. These would be the same people that still believe the 2020 election was stolen.

The subjects do not question 👑 🌮

Like this "research"?

The guy cited himself for the paper. Where are the actual citations and sources for the research? Where was that published? We just had someone else here posting his "published" papers on adoption and they were "published" to an open source site where anyone could post anything. There was no peer review.

Where's the legitimacy of this paper verified beyond..."I found it on the Internetz"?

They never did long term placebo controlled safety studies for the vaccines so you can't say that vaccines dont cause autism or they are safe.

Citation supporting that statement? And also citation that says that "placebo controlled safety studies" are required for FDA approval or for safety. Show these are standard, required studies.

Say what? When did the CDC say the vax is "not recommended" for healthy children and pregnant women?

Correct. There are people who are allergic to vaccines, and should not be taking them. That was not my point. Kennedy is discouraging people getting boosted deemed as "healthy".

You said "anybody"... so back up your posts:

So should doctors and experts not discourage anybody from getting covid shots, or should they actually discourage some people from getting them?

You keep contradicting yourself...

Good thing people like you are not making the guidelines!

I do not really see it as a contradiction.

If you want to get the latest COVID or flu shot, go ahead. I am not going to stop you.

Kennedy's separation was "healthy" vs. "non-healthy".

You go to the doctor for recommendations. "Help me with X." "Should I get Y."

If a patient has questions or concerns about the latest shots, they should consult with a doctor. If the doctor feels the shot is "bad for them", then they should avoid the shot.

Kennedy is basically saying you need a "permission slip" if you want to get vaccinated against COVID.

The CDC recommends everybody receive the COVID boosters. Everybody does not mean everybody per say. There's a small percentage of population who cannot get flu shots or COVID boosters

Of course you don't. But it still remains you contradicted yourself.

You admitted some people should not get vaccinated....

But why would you discourage people who are allergic to vaccine ingredients or under 6 months old from being vaccinated?

Why would anyone doctor do so?
